Het gebouw en het appartement waren open en de sleutel lag op tafel. Ook bij het uitchecken konden we de sleutel op tafel laten en de deur open. Ik moest er wel voor bellen omdat we dit niet wisten. Het appartement is heel goed. Schoon en modern. 10 minuten lopen van het centrum.

Het enige nadeel is de drukke weg waaraan het ligt. Daardoor hebben we niet best geslapen. Een groot deel van de nacht is er veel verkeer. Slapen met ramen open is eigenlijk geen optie.

De locatie is erg goed, de beheerder was goed bereikbaar en het was netjes & schoon.

Het was veel te warm ondanks dat het buiten rond de twintig graden was, en de ramen konden niet goed open. De beschikbare ventilator was niet voldoende. Daarnaast leek het matras toe te zijn aan vervanging. Beide factoren maken dat ik de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding niet helemaal vind kloppen.

Kamer was heel schoon! Lekker fris beddegoed. Mooie hoge plafonds, grote ramen en alles netjes verzorgd. Ruime kamer met zitje. Prima keukentje. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

Kamer was bloedheet. Daar kon de fan niet tegenop. Ook veel lawaai van de straat. Parkeren onduidelijk. Eigenaar reageert niet op mails. Te klein dekbedje voor twee en spleet in het midden. Op het hotel staat gewoon "Hotel Groningen".

De sfeer in de kamer was fantastisch. Lekker kitsch, maar daardoor leuk voor een paar nachtjes.

Er lagen 2 éénpersoonsmatrassen in het tweepersoonsbed, dus je ligt regelmatig in een geul. Verder was de vaatwasser buiten gebruik.

The room looks nice and the bed is very comfortable. You can walk to the old town in about 10 minutes.

- there are no shelves / wardrobes etc. in the room. You cannot put anything in the bathroom anywhere. - you can still hear the street with windows closed. On the other hand you cannot properly open any of the Windows so it gets quite hot. - the kitchen is poorly equipped and the dishwasher was not working - we had asked for a cod twice via booking but did not receive any reply and had to ask for it again on the arrival

Property is an updated hotel. it has been updated well.

The king bed was a little wide in the room that we had and the space between it and the bed was very narrow and a bit hard to move in and out of the bed. Otherwise the room was great. Check in was easy by contacting the contact on the instructions.

The apartment is located close by the city centre and easily reachable by car. Ample parking was available in front of the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean. Although there was no staff at the place when we arrived, we had a smooth check-in process via the phone.

We were disappointed by the mediocre facilities in the apartment. For example we missed comfortable seating, and proper storage for our clothing and luggage. All that was provided were two upright chairs with a small table; fine for breakfast, but not very comfortable for watching a movie or an extended dinner. And the room doesn't have proper closet, only a relatively small chest. We wanted to have a night in, but chose to go out once more because of this. The plus of renting an apartment over a hotel room was diminished. We stayed during a very hot weekend and it got very warm inside. There was no airco and only very limited ventilation, so we couldn't cool the place. Lastly the proprietor wasn't very communicative during booking or check-out. We sent multiple messages about the parking via Booking, but never got a reply, although parking turned out to be okay.
