As a designer I greatly appreciate the beautiful decor of this brand new town home. Every bedroom is beautiful, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and high end finishes are used throughout the home. The stunning stand alone tub in the master bathroom was a lovely surprise. It has a nice fenced in courtyard with furniture. Spacious two car garage. The kitchen and living room are magazine worthy and they have thought of literally anything you could possibly need. The amenities make it feel like a four seasons resort. And as a huge bonus it is dog friendly. As a designer it’s rare to find a stunning home that allows well behaved pets so I am grateful. The neighborhood has large grassy areas, a neighborhood pool and playground for children. It is a brand new development that feels like something out of a story book. Neighbors waved as we walked out dogs. Truly a top ten stay for us! If you are making a trip to Baton Rouge I highly recommend this home. We hope to stay here again in tbe future.

We felt so welcome from the moment we booked our stay. The owner was very responsive, helpful and polite. Upon arrival, we noticed that the home was exactly as described in the listing! The house has such charm, from the front to the back. Inside is exceptionally clean — this is relevant because some rentals can be found clean, only by sight…which means it’s not necessarily clean, it just looks that way from afar. Beautiful property just a short drive from LSU. Location also ideal if you’d like to visit the new casino. 6 of us had a very comfortable stay. Every amenity you could need from a home was available. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need. There is garage parking and street parking. We plan on returning for more weekends in Baton Rouge.

The house is immaculate and exactly what is advertised. The area is quiet and friendly, we found it in the center of all baseball fields that we traveled to for the Marucci World Series we attended. It’s a short distance to LSU. Communication was timely and the property manager was flexible. I would definitely recommend this comfy home when visiting Baton Rouge! It will definitely be on our list next year.

We decided to break up our trip from FL to TX, this was the perfect middle. BR is a hard area, this was a perfect fit, beautiful and comfy along with being in an area we felt safe to stay. I highly recommend.

Passing through Baton Rouge on our way back to Dallas from Pensacola. Property was amazing!! My family and my sons friends had a wonderful nights stay-loved the bikes and the close proximity to the bike paths. Owner was super responsive. Great place!!

This place was soooooo nice ! It was decorated in upscale finishes ! So nice I was like don’t break nothing ! The location is great right by labourge . It was a well organized place everything was labeled , I love that , love the lay out . Can i buy this house lol . Everyone wants to go back and stay again . They even had a blue tooth big speaker to jam out ! Loved it !!! And a welcoming gift ! Love love love . Wish these ppl would teach all air n and bs this is how you do it . Don’t hesitate ! Just book it it’s worth it

Very comfortable, plenty room, everything works as should and as described!

This home is absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. The modern decor with blue, gray, and gold tones screams luxury design. We loved the little things like the gift bottle of wine and chocolates, bamboo bath bar over the soaking tub, and electric candles throughout for a cozy warm atmosphere. The kitchen and pantry were well equipped and organized. There was a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, grilling utensils, and quality cookware. The only minor suggestion is a better selection of knives for paring and chopping with a sharpener. I would also suggest a few oven-safe trays and casserole dishes. I definitively give this home the highest rating.

When my family and I were looking for a getaway, we never would have thought about a "townhouse" in Baton Rouge. This home absolutely blew us away! We were literally within walking distance of L'auberge, they had a pool, incredible outdoor kitchen, and the bedding was very comfortable. We had my grandchildren with us and they had a pack n play and everything you could possibly think of. Printer, cooking supplies, extraordinary coffee options, and they even left us a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a very nice note! I would highly recommend to anyone. The community is beautiful and quiet and we were very close to all the BR hotspots, yet felt a very warm sense of comfort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
