Everything was good. It was a relaxing atmosphere.

The house was clean and in good condition. Ty was easy to reach whenever we had a question. Master bedroom and bath were luxurious. Plenty of soft towels and good linen on the beds. The open concept kitchen, dining room and living room was great for interaction with the family. Great house. We will book this house again when we come to Killeen.

We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and wanted more space. This house was exactly what we needed. The location and host were great!

Nice location. Easy to get to everything. Would have appreciated more disposable items like TP, Trash can liner, dish soap and bathroom soap and shampoo.

Came to Killeen to visit our son in the army. This place was very close to Ft. Hood and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and house was super clean. Thank you, Ty! 😊

Ty was the ultimate host. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He was very fast to answer EVERY query and took immediate action on any requests. The property was in a small, family oriented neighborhood, in which I felt very safe. Neighbors were very friendly. The property had everything needed and extras like water and chips and plenty of fresh towels. The house was well provisioned. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. My dog loved the small fenced yard.

Hates people that have friends and charges you extra

Perfect stay! We were in town over the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to everything you’d need. The check in/out process is simple and the host is very responsive and helpful. Don’t know the next time we’ll be down that way but we would certainly choose to stay here again.

The rental property was the ideal size for our small family get together. The HUGE welcoming elephant was both the delight of my stay (I am an elephant lover) and gave a sense of home. the amenities were great, however a few things can use improvement: 3 dining room chairs and table were wobbly. Cooking utensils were too few. Loved and appreciated the Keurig and firesticks and decor!!! We definitely would consider renting on our next visit!

Property is a 3-bedroom 2 bath duplex in a quite, small family neighborhood. The duplex was great - comfortable place with the basic kitchen equipment, pots, pans utensils and plenty of plates. Nice sized TVs in living room as well as each of the 3 bedrooms. Couch and bed were pretty comfy. It was a much nicer place and much more comfortable place to stay compared to a hotel. As a person who travels for a living - sure was nice to have the comforts of a "home." Property owner was very nice & checked in to make sure everything was to my liking and inquire if I needed anything. Most definitely would stay here again.

Everything went smoothly. Would definitely rent this place again. Nice King size bed and garden bathtub.

100% Fast & Simple

The unit is very nice and spacious. Location was great for us with easy access to the main highway + tons of stores and restaurants. Pros: - Super fast communication/responses - Half-Duplex (Garage/Kitchen abut each other) so super quiet - Excellent Wi-Fi + 4K TV with all of your streaming wants - Updated interior, nice and clean Nice to Know: - Beds/Pillows are on the softer side. - Plug-In air-fresheners abound! We unplugged them and placed them in the garage until we left, then we plugged them in again. Too much fragrance for us (but all was good once unplugged). - Thermostat controlled remotely. The owner was great about keeping it within our comfort range once we contacted him. We recommend this unit and would stay there again in the future.
