Large and comfy room. Clean enough. The toilet is large and spacious. The water heater worked well. The customer centre and housekeeping crew responded fast and well to my request to help shut the stucked toilet window. Had dinner at the cafe and the food was delicious! The tomyum soup, wet butter chicken, and mixed veggies were awesome. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast of fried rice was scrumptious, too!

The toilet window was stuck, unable to be shut properly by the crew. It was too cold for showers as strong chilly air entered through the window gap. Shower water pooled on the floor near the drain hole. There was an unpleasant smell coming through the toilet bowl and spread throughout the room.

Beautiful view of mount Kinabalu and view down the valley from balcony. Simple room with all basic necessities. Cafe there also serve some good food.

Maybe the restaurant can improve more. The food was superb but it kinda took a long time to cook and some dishes was not serve.

Nothing special. I guess you can’t ask for much for the price so it is ok. But expect a very basic room, not a very clean one (smelly, some insects) but overall good enough for a short stay.

The scenery is the best

Since the trip was family trip, would be better if rooms booked were placed next to each other for easy access and communications among siblings.

Good scenery (have balcony for you to enjoy the sunrise and the view) and the bed are super comfort

1. Stayed for two night and there was one night 10 minutes of no electricity while sleeping, and there emergency light was switched on and made us awaken. 2. Should install mosquito nets. We had to close the glass slide door between sleeping area and balcony to avoid insects (including flying cockroaches) from entering the room, especially at night when the insects get attracted by light source. 3. The tap of bathroom is not firm enough. Water needs to be turned small to be hot enough for bathing.
