El desayuno es de 10, en el restaurante con unas vistas magníficas al Paseo de la Reforma. El diseño de las zonas comunes es bonito.

La calle, y en ocasiones el hotel si se abría alguna ventana, olía a alcantarilla. El baño es incómodo y está anticuado aunque le hayan intentado dar un lavado de cara esmaltando los azulejos antiguos. Necesita reformar este punto. En nuestra reserva aparecía una habitación con Salón independiente, que no existía. La cama demasiado grande hace que la habitación sea más incómoda de lo que podría ser y le resta amplitud.

The rooms are pretty good, so comfortable and really nice.

When we came to the restaurant to get the breakfast they told us that we don’t have our breakfast included. It happened three times in different days. Maybe they should improve their organization to avoid the guests waiting for something that is wrong.

Location Well designed foyer Attentive staff - on arrival one room of two was not available so we were offered a room for one night in the property’s other hotel (in the same building) and on requesting compensation we were offered a late check out for both rooms on our last day. The hotel reception staff and doormen were all very polite and helpful

Bedrooms and bathrooms are of poor quality and look old; a stark contrast to the foyer. One room had dirty bedsheets on arrival. We had to ask for sufficient towels on multiple occasions. Another room had flies coming from the sink and was not cleaned every day. On the last few days there was a strong smell of sewage both at the entrance of the hotel and in the public areas, including on the upper floors. The rooms have no soundproofing and the walls are very thin- you can hear people in the adjacent room using the toilet and conversations from people on the opposite side of the corridor. the corridors have music playing until late so if you want an early night it’s difficult to sleep.

Staff are very kind and responsible

Mentioned 5star, but this 3 or 4 star - my booking included 5 2nd day, ask me to pay . The highest of roof is very short , in the room couldn't find any water .

I really loved it here - we arrived in the middle of the night and someone straight away met us from the taxi to collect our bad. The roof terrace is incredible and the breakfast is delicious. The bedroom is spacious with a HUGE bed and is beautifully decorated. Even the decor in the lobby is gorgeous! The staff too are exceptionally friendly, but it definitely helps to speak some Spanish!

The downside of such a central location is it’s beside an extremely busy main road. It can be quite noisy for sleeping but with a good pair of noise cancelling headphones that’ll drown out the noise. Noise from the party on the roof terrace on Saturday night was also quite loud, but all in all I’d say it’s a small price to pay for what is otherwise an exceptional experience!
