Top verblijf, super vriendelijk personeel, super nette kamers, bedden en toegankelijke douches die ruim waren. Wij hadden voor paar dagen een hotel nodig voor een trouw van een familielid en dit was de beste plek daarvoor! Kort en ideaal.

Het ontbijt was geweldig voor iemand die veel lust of toch tenminste gevarieerd eet. Het is niet in de vorm van een buffet, maar wordt geserveerd aan de hand van een menu met keuze mogelijkheden uit 5/6 klaargemaakte borden. Hier zat niet echt veel variatie in, maar voor mij was dat geen enkel probleem (meer voor partner). Enkel het bord met de croissants is naar mijn mening te sober vergeleken met de andere borden. Maar heel leuk idee! Je kan maar 1 drankje bestellen voor bij de gehele maaltijd, dat vond ik wat weinig.

Heaters were not working, bathroom was really cold and water in the shower was not hot enough.

Helpful staff, requested late checkout, it was provided on request with minor additional cost. Very good internet connection, free parking.

Industrial area, additional noise. Breakfast was of few fixed choices.

The owner has great taste in design. Very simple and not expensive furniture and interiors, but effect is max. Beautiful hotel. Staff fantastic. The girl/girls working at reception and restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. Sincere smile on the face ALL THE TIME. Room very spacious, very new, but no smell of chemicals. Hotel locates in a zone that is quiet and very little traffic. Beds are comfortable.

The walk-in shower looks very good--but in actual use, water goes out to the bathroom floor like waterfall I ordered English breakfast with bacon, there was no bacon. Still, it won't affect I give this hotel full points.

The bed in itself is comfortable and clean, the people pleasant, the breakfast tasty.

OK, I hope that these points will have some good attention paid by the owners because if not my next stay will be my last. I came here in January ie 6 months ago and I really liked it. However, this time I noted things which have either got worse or I had a worse room or I simply didn't notice them last time. 1. The prices for a non-alcoholic beer of the sort that costs 3.50 PLN at the wholesaler to 14 PLN is a 400% price over cost. In our industry 3 times is considered fair, 4 times, is not fair. It is simply taking advantage of the fact that there is no real alternative near, which is hardly our fault, and that it is hard to get in and out after 21:30. There are no vending machines either so it is take that offer or go thirsty. Another thing is that last time I paid 15% more than in January and expected a better room but in fact got a worse one. Value for money simply took a nose-dive. 2. The shower in my room is hazardous. Either there needs to be some kind of handrail to grab as you slip over, or anti-slip mats, preferably both. Maybe that is their idea of saving money but it is a disaster waiting to happen. I am still feeing the twist in my knee and the knock on my head as I went over, but I'm alive. This time. 3. There is no power point in the room I had close enough to the bed to be ab le to to keep the phone charging within reach. This is simply bad design. I don't know anyone who doesn't charge their phone over night, and nobody wants their phone four metres away overnight. 4. The breakfast was a buffet arrangement on the first floor. Without any warning, I find out in the morning that this is no longer the case and I have to go downstairs and choose from four plated options. This then entails a 15-minute wait while the breakfast is produced. You save money, but my wasted time excuse me is worth many times what you save, as will be the case with most guests in a business hotel. This needs a re-think. Hope this helps.
