Staff very nice, jacuzzi and sauna was very relaxing to end a long day walking

We was woken up a few times early hours due to building noise opposite our room

The location was very good from the point of view of being close to the Market Square (10 min walk) - it has a sauna and jacuzzi and the breakfast which is good runs from 7 to 12 - The restaurant is apparently open 24rs - The staff were very helpful and friendly

The hotel backs onto a railway line - we had a road facing room which was fairly quiet - The TV had no English TV albeit there was a lot of English guests- The blinds could have been better - The use of a mobile phone as a key and to control lights, TV and blinds was not always that effective

rooms very dark , no drawers for storage , 4 hangers , no where to put toiletries in bathroom , staff rude , too busy talking to each other , eating and on their phones , looked down their noses at you if you asked them anything , I would have expected more for a four star hotel , breakfast time no cups for coffee , coffee machine had run out of milk , cereal empty, no bowls for cereal

everything, room was absolutely amazing! the bar downstairs had the best pizza and cocktails!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional - from the decor to the facilities, it was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, the pizza in the restaurant was lovely, staff super friendly, amazing central location about a 10 minute walk from the main square and 20 minute walk or so from the Jewish Quarter. It really was a perfect location and beautiful hotel and I would stay again in a heartbeat, amazing value for money. As it's a Smart Hotel we had the coolest little smartphone to control everything in the room from the blinds to the temperature!

Clean, well decorated rooms with prosecco on arrival. Rooftop jacuzzi and 24hr pizza restaurant are a great bonus to any hotel stay. Would absolutely stay here again

From start to finish everything about this hotel was great. the 24/7 food and drink service for starters as I didn’t fly in untill late.

Great location, walking distance to main square, old town and castle. Rooms are specious, well equipped,very modern and stylish. U get the mobile phone as a room key, u can remotely control the lights, blinds, tv, A/C, which was pretty cool. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco and content of the mini fridge is nice touch. The rooftop hot jacuzzi is great, overlooking the town, just maybe one suggestion to put sheltered hooks for dressing gown as they get wet if it's raining or snowing. Saunas are bonus too, u need to pre-book them. Breakfast very tasty and great selection, served till 12 o'clock The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall one of the best places we stayed, definitely would love to come again.

Music on the top roof terrace would be nice

Excellent accommodation, modern, clean and jacuzzi was top notch. Food in the "incredible!" restaurant was also very good - they have a fire pizza oven

Brilliant location, amazing staff and lovely spacious modern accommodation. Was all inclusive and food was fantastic. Hotel booked trips and the guys that take you are lovely well worth it.

The hotel was perfect location to square and Jewish quarter. The roof top jacuzzi was amazing didn’t use sauna but would highly recommend hotel. Ordered pizza with room service and was really good not had pizza that good in a long time! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. De luxe room was spacious and comfortable.

We weren’t able to get late check out as too many guests had requested before us so ask in advance if you’re looking for late checkout.
