the view was beautiful, loved the rooms and how everything was put together .

The Wi-Fi was terrible. There was two wifi boxes and they still didn’t work. The check-in staff ( 2 ladies who worked at the office, one of who helped check me in) insisted on a welfare check and a walkthrough, which one, no police officers were present for a “ wellness check” and the “walkthrough” was not in our lease or anything. They previously tried walking in, even after they were told to wait, so that other individuals in the house could get dressed. Again the professional thing would have been to get permission by us and then entered after we had agreed. Even after agreeing and them entering the condo, they told us they had “complaints” about loud music and smoking. We were not even at the condo the night I received the phone call of a noise complaint, which is why I never returned the phone call. We also do not smoke. I found it very unprofessional as to how we were treated and if the property needed to be “checked” for whatever reason, it should have been done after our stay. Please understand that aside from the unprofessionalism and inappropriate treatment from these staff members, the pool staff and cleaning lady were very nice!
