the pricing was awesome for an actual condo! super nice and convenient to everything around !!! there’s also businesses below the condo that are awesome as well! we really enjoyed the extra fold out bed they had stored in the closet, it was super convenient to use as well!! all we had to buy was food! the condo had everything else needed. beautiful property kept up and clean! it’s gated as well so you use a code to get into the front gate and your room! this is our 2nd time booking with this place and there will be a third no doubt!

the lock on the balcony didn’t work and the one that was put on at the top was also broken so my kids could’ve went out that balcony door at anytime alone if we weren’t paying attention because the locks unfortunately didn’t work.

Location was good and room was mostly comfortable. It was perfect for traveling with companions, the bunk beds were a great addition.

The required parking pass was not in a room upon chicken, took several phone calls and several hours to get it figured out and they didn't deliver the parking pass until the next day because we checked in after 6:00 p.m. Room could definitely use some maintenance and to be cleaned a little better.

The lack of communication with staffing was horrible! They are out of state and dont have much information. Had a whole ordeal about check in to where we slept in the car at the pier with three kids bc the room wouldn't let us check in due to cleaning yet the room had been vacant all week long. Got to the room to find out we could have slept in beds not our car but miscommunication screwed that up. Also our room def wasn't cleaned. Bed made yes. Do I question if they were new sheets absolutely bc the floors hadn't been sweep bathroom mirror has spit on it counter tops were still dirty. I own a cleaning service and I was appalled at what I saw. I could have cleaned it myself. Would I stay again maybe without children Incase of miscommunication maybe.. will I wait for a 4 pm check in again there absolutely not. Vacas is who host this place and they have horrible reviews all over the country once we did finally get in and settled and I swept and wiped down everything else was ok. The elevator had no ac and you damn near suffocate in the summer so def use the stairs case. Photos in the advertisement is exactly what you get room wise
