Very comfortable and amazing access on the beach!

Perfect location!!! House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Particularly enjoyed the deck with partial cover. The grill was very clean & provided an option to dining at restaurants. Laura & Al were outstanding hosts❣️

We had the best time here! Nothing beats the sunrise views. But a few memorable mentions would be - Watched a rocket launch from the beach - spent hours every day on the deck - within walking distance to restaurants. Laura was a great host & quick to communicate for any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place with beautiful deck overlooking the ocean.

My family and I had a great three days day. I brought my two Chihuahuas and they liked it as well. The pictures were just as represented. We watched a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. We rented a golf cart that was delivered to the front of the property. There are lots of really great bars and restaurants are very close. Flagler Avenue was fun to visit. We went to JB‘s fish camp, breakers, crabby‘s, and the garlic. I would recommend them all. The water here is very clear. The only negative was, I forgot to bring bug spray and they were some biting gnats.

Place was as advertised. Right on the beach. Everything was clean and check in was easy. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Would return in a heartbeat.

This home is in a wonderful location - close to great restaurants and stores, but still private. We loved the direct views of the ocean and even got up early to watch the sunrise on several days. The house was clean and well stocked. Laura was helpful and responsive. We had a very positive experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This is the best experience ever! Darling beach house. Walk off of the beautiful back porch on to sand. Short walk to the water. Set back enough for privacy. This part of the beach is not crowded.Just perfect. Even a warm water outdoor shower to rinse off. The house is clean and full of amenities. The dishes are even beautiful. The beds are comfortable. I could go on and on. We will come back! Thank you, Laura!

Perfect little place right by the beach with a great back patio and incredible views of the ocean.

This rental was nothing short of amazing! The view is just incredible and such easy access to the beach. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 teens. We will be returning in the future 😃

Couldn’t ask for a better place and host! Views on the large deck were just what we were looking for!!! Will book again.

Our stay at this house was nothing short of fantastic. Its oceanfront location, the incredible patio, amazing sunrises and easy access to the beach all made it an unforgettable experience for us. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend or vacation. The owner is extremely nice and responds immediately. We look forward to coming back!

This is the first vacation with our puppy. She loved the large yard, we loved the view, the back porch, everything. Would recommend this property over and over.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house. Right on the ocean with beautiful large deck. The house is equipped with everything you could need for a great beach vacation: beach towels and chairs, beach toys, bocce ball, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, even a lantern for walking on the beach at night. Owner was also very nice and responsive.

Lovely beach cottage with outstanding views. The outdoor deck is huge and provides plenty of seating/lounging area. Everything you might need is provided...beach towels, chairs, toys. Kitchen was nicely stocked and beds were comfortable. Very pleased with communication from property manager and the location was ideal. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I hesitate to write a positive review only for selfish reasons as I would love to keep this place a secret. Its a great little beach house, very tastefully decorated, a great location, and just a perfect place to relax. I'll be back ... hopefully, soon.

This beach house was absolutely amazing! Just steps away from the beach. The deck was a perfect area to sit and listen to the waves or enjoy family time. The overall experience was more than we expected.

We booked last minute and took a chance on this property as there were no ratings but it was on the beach which was our main criteria. It’s an older Cottage and exterior have obviously been newly renovated and decorated, which was nice. 30 steps from end of deck stairs on to the sand. Can’t beat that. It was quite private thanks to vegetation and foliage with great ocean views. Although the beach is drive on so there were vehicles cruising by on the beach itself. The accommodations are small with some low ceilings so although there is a king and 2 queen bedrooms the home would be very crowded with 6 people and the hall bath serving both the 2 q beds is very small. But for 2 guests it was quite adequate and the location, view and proximity to beach were the best features of this cute cottage. We enjoyed our stay.
