We rented the 4 units for extended family. It was a great way to be together but have individual space. The units are small, especially the bathrooms, but they were clean and very comfortable. They are also quiet, we did not hear our family above us. Street parking was easily found out front. It is in a safe area, walkable to all that little Italy has to offer and it's near the airport. Our only wish is that all the keypads were updated like the bottom left unit. It was much easier to un/lock the front door. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it while visiting San Diego!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Diego. The description was as described on the website, and the building was perfect for a work group or family.

Communication and checkin was easy. Location is great. Apartments extremely small. The toilet is 6 inches from bathtub so you have to sit sideways. No where to walk around beds. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Renters said pest control coming after we complained and checked out. Old dried snot on coffee table. Overall bad experience

This rental was incredible and perfect for our group. It’s in a great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance!

The location was great (walkable to bars and restaurants, central within SD overall) and the place itself was great for what we need - lots of beds and a backyard to hang out in. The multi-apartment set up may not be for everyone, but was unique and worked for us. Recommend!

This stay was perfect. The owner was super accommodating and answered very quickly if we had questions. The neighbors were lovely. It’s also located in a great part of San Diego that’s right by gaslamp.
