Good location, very clean.

Did not like the plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast. For the amount paid it would have been nice for bottles of water to be in the room on our second night.

Great location, particularly to Gaslamp area and Petco. Breakfast very good.

Everything was great for us. Our friends with us had the smoke detector battery start to go out about 11 pm. Someone came up and removed the dying battery. Only issue was that the person said they would come back up with replacement. Our friends waited but no one came back. They finally called down and were told it would be replaced the next day. They should have been told this to begin with so they didn’t wait up for someone to come back up and didn’t have to call back down to the desk.

room was quiet/separate from any noisy neighboring visitors; didn;t drive a car but motel has free parking which is like gold in major cities

more than $300 a night for a motel is not a good value

Walls and ceiling very thin. Could hear people next door and above. Also creaking ceiling when prople move about upstairs No elevator No microwave Dated carpets Carts used by room attendants noisy Coffee packets provided in room but not tea option
