La mancanza di pulizia giornaliera. Bagno un po’ vetusto. L’accesso al piatto doccia era alquanto complicato e pericoloso per la presenza di un piano inclinato per accedervi.

Очень маленькая ванная, в которой не закрывается дверь. Нет крепления для лейки душа, приходится держать в руках, пока моешься. Не хватает пледов или одеял, спать под простынью уже прохладно.

This hotel was good for a one night stay. The contactless check in was well-managed and smooth. The room was large and clean.

There was a bit of noise as this was a central location.

We had small requests and they helped us very quickly

First room, the bathroom was small, second was good.

Perfect location! You have metro station opposite the apartment! Pharmacy supermarket cafeteria and patisserie everything near you ! Lovely staff!

Not their fault but there's some confusion when you search the hotel name. My bus dropped me 3km away in a dodgy area. Search by address not name. Air conditioning is good but a bit noisy.

Close to metro, cheap

Visually not very pleasing. Seemed like a lot of make shift solutions regarding interior. The street in front of the hotel is extremely busy, had to use earplugs to sleep

Location is great. Rooms are okay with every amneties available including mini bar. The reception is not 24 hour but there is a lady on WhatsApp who is available and ready to help at any time.

The rooms could be more cleaner and the water at the first day was not warm enough to take a shower.

Convenient stay. Easy check in. Comfy beds.

Our room was falling apart, especially the bathroom was in poor condition. Stayed two nights, no one cleaned the room.

Nice and comfortable room. Clean bathroom with showergel. AC worked verry well (if you open the balcony to much noises from the street).

No TV channels and very poor wifi signal allthough advertised and promised on booking.com. Therefore the price is to high.

The location is excellent, in a safe neighbourhood, just two metro stations away from the Acropolis, very easy to get around. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, including the ones who only speak Greek. I was able to store my cases there before staying in the hotel, as I had a trip to Meteora. Tassos and the receptionist even searched for a hair salon for me. They recommended a café next door for breakfast - in fact also a bakery, with delicious pastries, as well as typical Greek specialities, good coffee and fresh orange juice. I was changed to a much better, larger room after the first night, as I wasn't satisfied with the twin room (I'd said I preferred a double). The kettle was missing in the first room, but as soon as I mentioned it, the staff brought me one. There's a fridge, good aircon, double glazing (it's on a busy street so you feel he difference) and I had a nice balcony. It's partly like a hotel, partly like a block of apartments - don't expect luxury, but you'll be comfortable and the service is so friendly.

The first room I got was a twin room, which I found uncomfortable, as there was no bedside table, so no place to put my book, glasses and so on. The double room I changed to was larger, and solved this problem. However, there are a few things that could be improved, such as having a table/desk and chair, if you need to work on your laptop (I did!), the curtains, while very elegant, let in a lot of light in the morning, so would need to be lined. The balcony would be much improved with a couple of chairs and a small table. Some maintenance is missing in the rooms (loose tap in the washbasin, safe box not attached to the wardrobe), nothing serious.

We had to leave our key at the reception each time we wanted our room cleaned. The showerhead is a bit old.

1. BEDBUGS...so go at your own risk. I have attached a photo of the sheets which were washed but dried up blood stains were visible. During the last night after turning on the light I also found a bedbug on the headrest of the bed. Towels were also not the cleanest. 2. Should had went to another couple which booked an identical room 2 minutes before my reservation a few months before arrival. We had our flight at 6AM which arrived at 8AM in Athens and we were in the city at around 10AM. Our friends with the other room got up at 3AM and went to the airport only to realize that their reservation was cancelled a few hours before and only received an email from Booking...Although we checked in, we had to spend the entire first day to find other accommodations for my friends on such short notice.
