Easy to find. Nice size. Housed my family for my nephew’s wedding with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Comfortable furniture and beds. Was nice to have ceiling fans throughout.

Our stay was wonderful. This house had everything we needed, it was convenient, the neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfy, and it was basically just perfect. I would 100% stay here again.

This home is beautiful, and we so enjoyed staying there for 4 nights. I did not cook while we were there, but I did explore the kitchen and there are lots of dishes and pots and pans if you do want to cook. The beds were comfortable. We had a car and a truck with a boat and trailer attached. The owner let us park the truck and boat on the grass next to the driveway. I enjoyed visiting the shops and restaurants in Ocean Springs. We will certainly book this house again if we come back to Ocean Springs for another fishing tournament..

The property was very clean and had the appropriate space for our comfort. We were all generally pleased with this property. Several mattresses had some sort of plastic cover which were somewhat uncomfortable. The two twin beds need better support. The kitchen could use more stocking for longer stays, but were completely adequate for our short visit. I would book this property again, especially because of the property manager!

Overall pleasant and very quiet location. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone needing the amenities that this property offers (Everything). This property was very clean and spacious.

This house was all around SUPER nice, lots of roomy spaces, and very pretty. The location was great. Very easy to get everywhere even over to Gulfport. It's 1 minute from a very good Japanese Restaurant, Saki and it's 3 minutes from a Walmart Neighborhood Market! This place was extremely quite with not much traffic at all. It is also a nice neighborhood to go walking in. All around this was a wonderful place to stay! Thank you to the HOST!

Great home and location. Nicely updated kitchen and baths. Very spacious, enough room to spread out and let everyone have some space. Cery quiet neighborhood yet clise to everything. The master suite is very comfortable.

My siblings and I stayed at this property. We were in town for my nephews high school graduation and this location was PERFECT! The house has a really open floor plan which made it easy for us to hang out. The location was easy to get to and from everything and is not far from the interstate.

The home was very nice and roomy. Location was good. Amenities on the property was limited as far as outdoors…not much to do on the property such as lawn furniture or patio, etc.
the only complaint we had was the mattresses. They had plastic covers over them and they were hard and made crackling noises when you got on them. They could have used some mattresses pads. The master bed was the best of them all and it was stiff. Other than that it was very nice. Very clean also

House really open floor plan made it easy for 8 adults to hang out together. Location is easy to get to and from everything we wanted to see. Beauvior, beach, casinos, downtown Biloxi and Ocean springs and plenty of food and entertainment.

Pine Ridge was a welcoming retreat for 4 of us (retired siblings)from 3 northern states to to call home for a week of enjoying time together. We liked the roominess and location near to the quaint town of Ocean Springs and beaches.

Overall, this property was great for a weekend visiting family. The house was clean, cozy and kid friendly. The host was fantastic and quickly responded to our few questions. TV set ups all had plenty of movie access, lots of blankets and space. It was nice that every bathroom had hand soap for sinks, but I wish there were shampoo/conditioner toiletries and that windows had room darkening drapes. Neighbor’s music played late one night and the train nearby was loud coming through at 11pm and 5 am, so light sleepers beware. The house is convenient to everything, well appointed and has lots of space. We enjoyed the stay!

Very clean and comfortable!
Minor issues is limited parking (short driveway) and no patio or deck to enjoy sunsets or sunrise so we headed to the beach.

We've rented a lot of homes as we often travel with extended family. This home was immaculately clean. It even passed my VERY fussy aunt's inspection.
The check in and out instructions were also very clear so we didn't have to contact the manager, which was great.
The home was well appointed and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We made use of the extra pillows and blankets, too.
We spent a fun day walking around Government, shopping and visiting coffee and dessert shops.
Everything was wonderful. Very clean and inviting place to visit.

while the manager of property stated he was unaware of deficiency mentioned to him, we were charged a $150 cleaning fee up front, we found heavy amount of dust on fan blades,and ledge and light surfaces, light trash throughout the house in cabinets and drawers and lack of smoke detectors. There were problems with the gas range and a rough sidewalk.
He said he would repair them and if so
I believe it would be a great place for a small group.

The house was immaculately clean and in a great centralized location. We traveled to Dauphin Island, USS Alabama, and Biloxi with ease. We had a variety of ages in our party and the house was perfect for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was a short drive to the beach and to grocery stores. Communication was excellent and it was a complete no hassel check in and check out process. Would highly recommend this property!

Prefect MS Gulf Coast Location
7 adults met up on the coast for a Gulf Port location Convention. This property gave us easy access to the interstate as well as Beach Blvd for sight seeing along the way. The property itself is nicely laid out with open concept for visiting and hanging out. Everything we needed was available with extras if needed (we’ve used some VRBO’s when we had to go buy our own cleaning and cooking utensils). The neighborhood is very quite. Loved the view of the golf course. The only additional amenity that could be suggested would be outdoor sitting but luckily one of our guests had some “ball” chairs in their auto. Highly recommend and plan to use again for future trips!!

A little getaway
This house was in the perfect location and close to everything. The beach was right there and the casinos just a jump down the street. The check in and out process was easy and the house was clean. The book of information regarding places to eat and entertainment in the area was very helpful. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as well. I cannot say enough about this place. Would definitely rent again.
