Great place.

Everything was easy and smooth.

Location was great, near lots of downtown attractions. In the distance you could see the bats come out from the bridge. The pool is small and well subscribed, but lovely with nice sitting areas.

It was great, beautiful views, clean, modern. But definitely need to do something about those sofa beds lol. I mean even a mattress pad would help if not a new couch

Everything was great about the entire visit, except the pull out couch in the third bedroom. I personally would invest $500 on an average bed. I think if you do that everybody will get a five star visit. Your spot will make lots of memories for lots of people. Cheers

This condo is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and everything was to our liking. The location is convenient for walking all over the place. The only annoying thing was the street noise at night. I would have thought that being 32 floors up would prevent that, but there was a lot of traffic noise. That said, I would stay here again! A note for management: There are not enough places to hang towels after a shower. Even a hook on the back of the doors would help a lot.

Best location and very friendly/communicative staff!

We loved the walking possibilities for dinner and cocktails. The view was amazing. Staff was kind and courteous. Valets we’re, too!

Great location and beautiful view! We walked to so many great places for food and cocktails. Staff was excellent. The living space had an awkward layout of furniture. TVs were difficult - couldn’t find the sporting events we wanted to watch one evening. Again, staff and valet were excellent. My suggestion would be to turn the “office” into a bedroom with a bed!! The pullouts weren’t great.

3 bedrooms but the 3rd one is only equipped with a sofa bed, that is not prepared by the staff. It was creaking at every move. Really poor quality bedding. Several glasses were chipped and i almost cut my lip... The stove was greasy upon arrival, we found some d*ck shaped confettis under the table (from a previous bachelorette party?) And an earing in the dishwasher... The mentioned coffee pods were not provided despite email.... The appartment door would not close by itself and when staff came to provide the coffee pods during the day, the door was left open for the rest of the day... with all our belongings inside. Basically, never felt like it was really well maintained and the Vacasa personnel on site gives you the impression they couldn't care less... Now, the view remains gorgeous from that loft and Austin is a very pleasant getaway.

Lovely trip! Beautiful condo with an amazing view. The downstairs bar/coffee shop was an awesome addition. My only complaint was the pull out beds. The mattresses were thin and really uncomfortable.

Eight women,48-70, all had a wonderful time in Austin! The unit was perfect for us. Plenty of room, very comfortable, immaculate and close to everything!

Great place to stay. Close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Staff was helpful and very polite.

The property was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed and the balcony was great.

Loved everything about our stay—building staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, location was amazing, and unit was clean, well-furnished, and made us and our dog never want to leave!

The location is perfect for walking to so many of the places we all enjoy. Access to the walking/riding trail is around the corner. Everything was as advertised and it was a seamless in/out. Highly recommend this not with amazing views!

Friendly staff and great facilities

Loved the view! So beautiful and so close to everything. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I love to come back and I highly recommend it

A group of 7 friends stayed here. We had early check-in approved for 11am, yet upon arrival at 11:20am, there was no Vacasa representative present and we had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby with all our luggage while "last minute finishes" were being made to our unit. One of the toilet paper holders was not fastened to the walls, the shower had a hidden button to activate use, and after a few cold showers we had to figure out how to turn the water heater on. Beautiful views though! And a short walk away from a small market place, through a back alley filled with trash and broken glass.

This place is all good and the view is an extra treat! We loved staying here and would recommend the place to anyone wanting to visit Austin and have a great place to stay whilst there!

Absolutely loved our stay at Natiivo. It's a beautiful condo and building with great amenities and within walking distance to Rainey Street.
