Seasoned VRBO travelers. We did not have the amenities that a "luxury" place should offer...as it's titled in the despcription. Basic soaps were just hand soap in most bathrooms- downstairs didn't even have much of it. No hand towels in downstairs bathroom. No kitchen towels of any sort in the kitchen. Not near the towels (face, hand, bath) needed in each bathroom- we had to find most to share from the master suite. The pans were terribly scratched, not even what we would have in our own homes-let alone offer as a "luxury" item. Lastly, the heating and cooling system varied by level of home. Three different temps...even though the home was set to "x" temp -it really only offered that on the main level. The downstairs was MUCH cooler and the upstairs was MUCH warmer. Fans would have been nice in EACH upstairs bedroom to cool us off, but only was available in the master suite. Regardless of these issues we did enjoy our stay. Not issues enough to contact owners but thought a review would help them to better equipped in the future. We had to run to the store about 10 mins away for many of the essentials that we thought should be included in the home as a "luxury" place. Thankfully, our relatives were staying about 15 mins away in ANOTHER VRBO which was not listed as such a high end place and were provided with many of the "essentials" one shouldn't have to pack (ziplocs/foil/wrap/towels/shampoo)-and so they shared with us also. Definitely for the price-would pick a different option next time. I think a more accurate description should be in the title and what "basic" soaps are included. Also not sure why the garage can't be accessed, especially for the size of group we had and for as many cars as we had in the party, it would've saved us having to walk down the street for more parking. All in all-we made the best of it...but won't be back.

Property was great. Exactly what I expected. The games downstairs were great for the kids and we loved using the grill to cook out! Truly a great experience.

The house was beautiful. The game room was outstanding and lots of fun and the host Candace was wonderful and very responsive. We would love to stay there again.

Great location, great communication, beautiful scenery. Arvada is a nice little town with everything you need. Great house to entertain a big group.
