Cozy nice apartment. Good location

Booked it through Booking.com to whom Vacasa advertises to rent. No staff to talk there. All communication through text msg. No AC. Entry was not clean and it appeared it was left unattended for a while. Found a nasty white stain on the headrest of a bed my son went to sleep on. The bathroom ceiling starting pouring down water the next morning. Not enough supplies like towels and linens left.

The property could be maintained better. The apartment had no air conditioning & would have been very uncomfortable with real hot temperatures. Windows need work

The location, facility space.

The rental was smaller in person, pictures were deceiving, furniture needs to be addressed, beds were not tight, chairs by bar not stable, table swayed back n forth. There was NO air conditioning it got 88 inside with fans on. The pool closed at 7pm there was an issue with not having a pool pass left in the rental. The facility was being spray painted and the company hired was using lifts that beeped until 830 at nite. It should have been advertised there was painting happening. The location was also 3 flights of stairs up in the corner of the building, that may need to be mentioned.
