Conforto, localização e custo benefício. Isto, apesar dos contras.....

Problemas com o escoamento do lavatório e disparo do quadro da luz. Também o processo de reserva foi o mais "chatinho" que tive até hoje. Isto em dezenas e dezenas de reservas.... Um tal de seguro que pede fotos do cartão de cidadão e selfies.... Depois nunca servem. Nunca me tinha sido pedida tal coisa.

i like the location, next to the mall and metro

Zero customer service and support. I was locked out of the apartment in the middle of the night, they tried to "fix" the door ( before my arrival ), which failed, they were aware of the default and did not mention it, I had no one to help me out, they have no knowledge when it comes to customer service. The police and firemen had to come, only then someone form the property showed up, they had to call a locksmith, because the police informed them that they will break the door. The locksmith right away saw the problem. All I got from the property was a petty sorry. They did not care. They said they will refund the value of one night, which they have refunded the wrong credit card number and now they will not answer me back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Floor was not mopped. Kitchen curtain broken. Utensils were dirty. Who uses beanbags as primary chairs? (One had a hole and leaked)

Loved that the apart. was so near a Metro station and had an excellent Mall adjoining with a vast Continente for food shopping. Loved the view over Porto from the balcony (at night especially), and the comfort of the apart. - large bathroom with bath, the AC unit that worked quietly when needed, well-equipped kitchen, spaciousness of the modern apart. which had loads of light and was very quiet Loved the TV box which was easy to use and the excellent Wi-Fi. Loved the great price for all that came with the apart. Loved the choice of restaurants near the apart. Loved the excellent support just a phone call away available if any problem arose (TV remote batteries had died but I thought it was a more complicated problem!)

Would have preferred to collect the key at the apart. location instead of in the middle of Porto, but it was no big deal. Really small thing but I would have liked a standard bedside table and a comfortable chair to watch TV. Really the things liked far out-weighted the things that I did not.
