Phylis was quick to communicate with us for any question we had. Her property was very clean, neat and welcoming. It had everything qe needed and more. The beach chairs and toys were a great added touch. The location was perfect. We were able to go to the beach or see historic St. Augustine within just a few minutes. We plan to come back and stay in the near future.

My husband and I, along with our adult daughter stayed at Phylis's place in St Augustine in late April of 2024. It is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. The photos don't do the condo justice, it's actually even nicer than it appears in the pictures and all the rooms are decorated in a tasteful beachy style. Phylis has given a lot of thought to how to make guests comfortable. Switches in the kitchen are labeled; the towels are fluffy and appear new; and the beds and pillows are very comfortable including the pull out couch. When we checked in, we were greeted with chocolates which we appreciated. The location is just what we were looking for...quiet, safe, near the beach and only a few minutes from Old Town St. Augustine. My only regret is that it was just for the weekend. If we are in the area again, I would definitely stay there. Thanks Phylis!

We enjoyed the location of the condo to the beach, restaurants and the craft fair. I hope the beach access is open soon as we had to walk several blocks in order to get to the water and then it was very crowded with people on top of each other.

We stayed here for a few days to sightsee St Augustine. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished if you like eating in. Quiet neighborhood, Close to the beach with a 5 minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on Anastasia Island with our children, 10 and 6. Location was perfect for walking to the beach and numerous restaurants and the home was clean and decorated beautifully. Only about a 10 minute drive to St. Augustine sites. Host was welcoming and available for any concerns/questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was so great! The condo had perfect amenities and extra little touches to make it feel like home. Phylis was extremely responsive and so kind. The condo is a quick walk to the pool and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The bedrooms were lovely and perfect for two adult couples to use, plus enough space to add a pack & play for our little one. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Phylis as a host!

My 17 year old had a fantastic time visiting St Augustine and staying on this property. Great location to things we wanted to see and to family members who lived nearby. Will definitely keep in mind for future visits!

We LOVED our stay! This was the cleanest and most well-stocked place we’ve stayed. It was a wonderful proximity to the beach— even to go to and from with our four children. We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon to use there too. We went every day! The beds were SO comfortable and the perfect location near restaurants/coffee/ ice cream.

The condo is located within a 4 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown. So many fun things to do and the condo was very equipped with everything you could need! Super clean and well taken care of!

Our stay was incredible. This location is a short walk to a secluded beach area and the host provides everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well as a fun time on the beach (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc.) They made getting onto the beach a breeze and the home was very clean and comfortable to relax in as well. Will definitely be recommending to others as well as potentially returning for another visit!

This unit was impeccable. Perfectly clean with absolutely everything you need. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. It was probably about two blocks and then cross the road. You are then at the state park beach which is lovely. The pool is within sight. It is just past the next set of buildings. I was struggling between an ocean front hotel room or this. I am glad I choose this. Much more comfortable.

The accommodations in this property are wonderful and the location is close enough to the beach to make it easy to access. The owner has made obvious efforts to include all the things one would need/like to make a beach trip easy-peasy! We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice place. Well taken care of, very comfortable. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. Very comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen. Short 2 block walk to a beautiful beach and several restaurants. The host was very accomodating. and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

We would definitely recommend staying. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.
On our last day we had a mix up (totally my fault) and Phylis was very accommodating also responded to any message sent in a timely manner.

First the location is simply perfect. 5 minute walk to a beach and several restaurants. 10 minutes or less to St. Augustine Beach or downtown.
Everything we needed was available and easy to find. Accommodations are very quant and comfortable. The king bed that we slept in was amazing.
All in all we were very happy with our stay.
The only item we had wished is that we would have known the outside seating area is not a private patio. It worked out fine but we love to sit outside and talk a lot and we just like a private space outside.

I took mother here for her 84th birthday! Everything was clean, and it was very quiet! The beach was a little bit further away than we thought, but we walked to it anyway. Everything was labeled, and provided for anything you might need. That makes it a lot simpler for visitors.

Great property & convenient location
Nice condo with a convenient location to the beach, attractions, and short drive to downtown St-Augustine. Loved the walking distance to the beach and quick walk to the pool. Condo itself was super clean, spacious and so well stocked. Beds were VERY comfy! Hallway closet has everything you need for the beach! I really felt at home. Will definitely be back.
