It was a wonderful family vacation. This house made our stay feel as if we were home. Beautiful wall paintings and decorations! Truly enjoyed our stay!

This home was perfect for our party of 12, with 5 adults and 7 children. We had all of the amenities of home with plenty of activities to keep the children occupied & the little water park on site was an added bonus! This home was clean, beds were comfortable, and communication with the host was great :) The only issue we had was with noisy neighbors at night BUT there is a number she provides in the binder for property security and they addressed the issue promptly. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again in the future.

Property had a variety of amenities that kept everyone entertained. Its location was perfect for a Universal Studios visit. A big plus was that everyone had their space. The check in/out process was simple. Host was very helpful and clearly communicated with us. We will be back ty

This was the first family vacation we've taken in more than 10 years. We had a blast. The house was the vacation and we had more than enough to keep all 5 kids entertained we didn't even utilize the amenities within the complex. We will definitely be doing this again.

Stayed here with a group of people visiting for a cheer competition. House was great with tons of stuff to keep the kids entertained. The community pool we spent a day at and was great with the slides and lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.

First time had the whole family together in over 2 years. Grandpa, grandma, the parents and grandkids.
We were alarger group. But everything went well. The checkin and communication with owners. The wetup, rooms and accommodations were spot on. Grill, pool and all of the clubhouse amenities with kayaks and lazy river etc etc etc

We had our first extended family stay and the home was incredible. Plenty of rooms with some themed roomed for the kids. The pool was nice and the theater room was really sweet. We had a lot of fun in the game room as well. The kids had a great time and the adults were able to enjoy a very comfortable home. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of room to enjoy the meals. The kids looked forward to getting back to the house after going out the day. Working with the owner Jessica was excellent. She was very responsive and bent over backward to make our stay really special. We will stay here again if we can.

This house was so fun! It came stocked with the basic supplies needed when you arrive, tons of fun rooms, such a fun have room and movie room, amazing heat options for the pool and spa. Also, the host immediately responded for questions and assistance as needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home 👍

Overall a fun place to stay with a family. However, it needs some basic cosmetic improvements that could be taken care of by a handyman in one day. A new front door (current one is dirty with tape holding wood panel together) a new rug on the stairs (very dirty and stained), new seat covers in the dining room (badly stained) a new coffee table (current one has plastic sticky cover that is coming off), the pool mesh barrier is ripped and broken and held together with string.

Our family had a perfect week at this house. We loved seeing all the detail in each room, the pirate scavenger hunt was a hit and the pool and hot tub were clean and working great. The kitchen was well stocked, even having a crock pot! There was shampoo and body wash in all the bathrooms, making our shopping even easier. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a well appointed home with nice furnishings and comfy beds. It was a nice bonus to have streaming services on all the TVs. We really enjoyed the theatre room and scavenger hunt. Communication was always very quick, and any issues were dealt with promptly.

The house was very accurate to the description and pictures provided. The house was very well stocked with essentials including pool towels and bath towels. Pool and hot tub were heated and worked great. The kids swam everyday rain or shine and it was warm. We really enjoyed our stay at this home and would stay again on our next visit.

Family movie nights were the absolute best in the theater room. We all had a great time playing hide and seek in this massive house. We also loved the treasure hunt. So much fun for everyone.

Wowwwww where to begin. I actually live in Orange park , FL and wanted a change of scenery for the kids . My two year old jumped , ran , and loved every part of this amazingly painted home . My older kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. Mom enjoyed the movie room , where we often found her sleep 😂. My husband I hit the town at night and enjoyed the surrounding bars located near the home . I can’t wait to book again in August !
