Quick trip for a few days with daughter. House and location were perfect for what we were looking for. Quiet, clean, and comfortable!

We recently stayed at a lovely VRBO in Baton Rouge and overall, it was a great experience. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons: Pros: Quiet Neighborhood: The house is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Convenient Location: It's close to stores, making it easy to pick up any necessities or enjoy some local shopping. Accessibility: The property is easy to get to, with clear directions and convenient parking. Spacious: There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and be comfortable. Community Pool: The community pool was a fantastic amenity, especially for the kids. Washer/Dryer: Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient for our extended stay. Walk-in Shower: The walk-in shower was a nice touch, providing ease of access and modern comfort. Responsive Owner: The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries or issues, which made our stay much smoother. Cons: Missing Toiletries: The property did not have shampoo, conditioner, or lotion, which we typically find in other VRBOs. Lack of Normal Supplies: It was missing many of the usual supplies we expect, such as extra blankets, pillows, and cleaning supplies (dish and hand soap). Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen lacked some essential items like a pancake or waffle maker, which the kids always look forward to. Unstocked Fridge: There were no basic condiments like ketchup or mustard in the fridge. No Hairdryer: A hairdryer was not provided, which was a minor inconvenience.

We stayed at this location with a couple other friends for a wedding. We were able to use the pack n play for our baby and enjoyed the toys for our older daughter. The playground was fun to use in our downtime. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay. The overall space was roomy and enjoyable for our group of families and friends.

We used this property for a work crew to stay. Our crews really enjoy the convenience of having a washer / dryer, kitchen facilities and a living room area to relax. I cannot stress how great this host was in terms of providing his cell phone number in case we needed anything. We intend to stay with them again when the next phase of our job starts.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Location, communication, cleanliness, well stocked, beautiful area, wonderful floor plan, everything was in excellent shape! We will stay here again, and would absolutely recommend it! You will be very happy!

Our stay in Baton Rouge was excellent. The host was amazing and very responsive to questions. The house was clean and adequately stocked with supplies. The location was also convenient to LSU and the campus area.

This house was amazing it was beautiful clean and in a great location. Owners were great with communication. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the Baton Rouge area.

Very nice property and was very clean with plenty of towels. Clear check-in instructions and Josh responded very quickly when I had a question. Definitely would stay there again.
