Big fridge/freezer. A shower and a bathroom, 2 toilets. Big sitting area with a kitchen. Warm and clean apartment. It was a bit difficult with so many door codes from the beginning, but we remembered them next day.

Door codes. It would be better to have one magnetic key for all doors.

Easy access to stores and very quiet environment. Well spacious for our family. Exception communication with host. I was well attended to by the host and prompt answers were provided when questions were asked. I will recommend this property to guest who are new to the UK.

Opportunity for an extra day extension if needed, most especially for new arrivals to the UK, and also information about proximity to the University for Students coming to University of Hertfordshire.
