We thought the apartment was a perfect location! We came down to see the firework championships, Got back and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely plan to come back in the future! Thankyou :)

Absolutely massive flat. Huge rooms. Kitchen facilities although not fully equipped with utensils. Place might be more suited to renting than holiday let's.

Parking was round the back which meant a good walk around to the front of the property. Not good when we had several bags to carry round. Two trips. I used the washing machine. Clothes were smellier afterwards than when I put them in.

Spacious appartment

The appartment didn't have to much cuttlery.

Everything was good. Property was clean, all facilities were available. Washing machine, dishes, tea and coffee.

There is limited parking available off side the road. Therefore, I struggled to find the safe parking. Host advised they have free Parking at the back of the property but was too small to park my car.

Large, clean, convenient location, next to the city congee

The parking was horrific, narrow lane down the back with nowhere to turn around

It was clean and tidy. Also had the facilities to stay comfortably for the stay

The toilet was making a costant noise and the door was a bit strange but if you close your room you can sleep

Lovely clean well presented apartment. Super comfortable beds,well equipped kitchen and access to WiFi and Netflix included. We all slept well . Communication with hosts was easy and fast to respond to any questions we had. Close to great bars and restaurants too,would highly recommend . 😊😊

No human interaction is a bit weird for me. There was the smell of weed coming from outside all the time

Location and cleanliness

Huge apartment with plenty of space for a few guests, and in a quiet part of the city just away from the centre.

There was an odd stale smell, as if someone had been smoking, and the very loud bathroom fan took a long time to automatically turn off. Parking on the street is also permit only except for night hours, so had to be quick with the car.

Most important -The apartment was clean and everything worked. Two large bright rooms and bathroom. The manager was quick to respond and follow up any requests.

Smears over all the kitchen cabinets and mirrors. The kitchen/diner was also the living room with a tiny sofa. It did not give a feeling of comfort for evening TV & relaxation. Matching plates & cutlery and more thoughtful placement of the bedroom furniture would be better. . Didn't get to meet or find out the name of the manager, even after several messages between us.

The accommodation was really lovely. Very clean and had everything we needed. The property is set back from the main road so the traffic noise wasn't really noticeable.

The parking was down a *really* narrow road behind the property. It served its purpose for us but I think we would've been unable to park there if we'd had a big car (width wise).

The six steps up to the front door but we are 76 & 80 so probably not a problem for most.

The place was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be close to a certain address and within walking distance from the town centre and the Barbican - 20-25 min. The communication with the host was great and she was very acommodating. The key was in master locker box and we were given instruction right away how to get it.The place has well equiped kitchen with everything we needed from a kettle to toaster, microwave, cooker and fridge, as we were having busy days and long hours travel and no time to spare for dinning. Small Sainsbury's is just around the corner for a quick shop. The place was very quiet and clean and we had it all for ourselves. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer were provided. We had a good sleep after a busy day.

The apartment was spotless and spacious and was perfect for our needs.

The parking was very very tight. Luckily I had read some reviews warning of this, so we swapped vehicles and parked relatively easily (but somewhat stressfully!) but I think it should be put on the details that only small cars would be able to park in the spaces round the back of the apartment.

It was convenient to the town centre, bus service good. We’ll equipped and Wi-Fi good. Good shower.

Although clean it was a little tired looking. Bathroom was okay but the door was a challenge to shut. New carpets meant that the door to the smaller bedroom wouldn’t shut. Wet patch in the large bedroom on carpet. No ironing board.

Couldn't park my car at the rear parking area, as it physically couldn't fit down the road past the other parked cars. However you can park on the main road at the front between 6pm & 8am, which was fine for what we needed.

Clean (also smelt very refreshing in a homely way but not too clinical), friendly staff, good facilities, comfy bed.

Small TV, additional lock on the inside door would be better. But wasn’t really an issue.

Lovely bright and airy apartment, with excellent amenities. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything that was needed. Excellent bus service to the city centre, walking was an option too. Amazing shops literally around the corner. Paying hotel prices is just crazy when you can have a home from home. Thanks again it really was a great convenient stay.

Parking was an issue, and we weren't really sure how to get behind the apartment to park. Clear instructions would have been really helpful. A small minor issue but it really would helped..

Very easy to check in and a very friendly owner. The place itself was really spacious and clean with loads of room and it was a very pleasant stay.
