Can’t say enough good things about our stay, Terrific historic neighborhood just minutes from everything in downtown Indy. Playground and restaurants are just a short walk. The house is tastefully decorated and one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever rented. Owners are very responsive and checked in on the app a couple of times to make sure we were taken care of.

The house is beautiful & exactly as described. Cleanest rental we’ve ever had! The place is huge & was more then enough room for our family of 6. Lots of natural light & so thoughtfully appointed. Plenty of dishes & everything we could hope for in the kitchen. Beds are all memory foam- most of my family didn’t care for that but a lot of people love it. The bunk beds are really for the kids- kind of “rickety” as my boys said. The hot tub is a fun bonus- only half the jets work though and there was stuff floating in it (probably debris from not being covered properly in the rain/wind.) Renters should be aware that the house is DIRECTLY across the (narrow) street from a huge construction project. The beeping of the vehicles woke us up before 8:00 both days. It was CONSTANT NOISE all day until after 5:00 and the entire house rattled! I sent a message to Jesse to let him know how disappointed we were that we weren’t notified about the construction- he knew we arrived late & we were traveling with kids. He did not reply to my message at all. Due to the busyness & noise we didn’t feel like we could even sit out on the porch or “yard” during the day. 5 star home rating but 1 star location with the noise and honest communication surrounding that.

Perfect home for our long weekend in Indy! Close proximity to fun places for the kids (and adults!), including the Children’s Museum, Bottleworks District, and Indiana Farmers Coliseum. Plus the local playground within walking distance of the home. The house was cozy, inviting, clean, and had all the amenities we needed… and then some! Truly appreciate the owners’ hospitality.

The accommodations were excellent, thoughtful and more than we could hope for. Truly a special place to stay.

We stayed at the property for a weekend trip in town with friends. The home smelled clean upon entering and was a very nice play to stay. Conveniently located to downtown, we would stay here again!

We arrived late, but there was no problem checking-in. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us and very well appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, bottles of ice cold water and snacks. Every room was very spacious, clean and well lit. This is a beautiful home and a beautiful neighborhood. Thank you!
