Enjoyed our stay immensely! Steve was the perfect host. We appreciated everything he shared with us about some great, local restaurants. The home was precious and in the perfect location with everything we wanted or needed within a mile or two. Will definitely be back if we ever have another Georgetown event! This is the 2nd time we stayed at Casa Gracie for a little over a week. It was just as nice and convenient as it was last year at this time. It was a very comfortable setting with everything we needed.
There was some gas line replacement construction going on throughout the neighborhood, but it had no effect on our stay. We had a very nice stay and visit with our daughter and her family.

Steve has done a beautiful job on this property. It's a beautiful blend of an older home with improvements and updates to make it a warm, cozy, inviting stay.
Beautiful renovated kitchen and bathrooms allowed us to be comfortable, yet still enjoy the old floors and other unique features of this home. My favorite was the built in shelves in one of the bathrooms and the ceilings. We visited during the winter, so we were not able to enjoy the backyard or front porch, which were very inviting. I'd stay here again.

Lovely, well maintained property. Steve, our host, couldn’t have been nicer. We felt safe in this neighborhood, which is just as important as the quality of the home and it’s appointments. I have stayed at properties that were themselves nice, but the neighborhood was questionable. Not so with Casa Gracie Pearl. Thanks again to Steve for hitting all the right notes for a quality experience.

We had such a great stay in Georgetown. We easily walked - often two or three times a day - to downtown Georgetown and enjoyed the shopping, food, music, and general hanging-out the town has to offer. Steve is a great host, always available to answer questions. The property is charming and feels authentic. We would definitely stay here again.

This little house is a cozy, clean, and comfortable getaway! Beautiful decor and fully stocked kitchen. We loved sitting on front porch drinking coffee early in the morning. The location is ideal for enjoying the beautiful downtown square. Steve is a wonderful and attentive host! I would love to stay at Gracie Pearl again!!

Safe, clean, cozy, on point communication with host and excellent location made this home perfect for our weekend trip to Georgetown. They have really figured out how to make this vacation rental the best spot in town. The location is in the historic district making easy access to shops, restaurants as well as the interstate. The house is VERY CLEAN and supplies lots of extras in the kitchen and bath. The extremely comfortable beds,the high end appliances and the porch and bar-b-q made this charming cottage a first choice for every visit to Georgetown.

This was a quick trip into Georgetown to retrieve our son from SU at semesters end. The house was close to school and easy access to all main roads. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature in the house was great! (Especially since it's getting hot and the humidity was high due to rains). I recommend this home if you are coming into visit your college kid, family or just to fool around in Georgetown!

Very nice house with an excellent renovated kitchen. Very nice old wood floors, but you'll never sneak up on anyone on those floors. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The house sits on 18th street and you can get some traffic noise in the evening.
We selected this house due to it being very close to our daughter and her family. It worked out very well for our visit with them for the week we were there.
Finally, Steve was very nice to work with, and left it up to us on how he addressed a problem with the dishwasher. Thanks Steve.

Perfect House
Steve was absolutely a great host! He checked in with me and made sure everything went well with check-in and it did, so easy. All the necessities are provided. The location of the tree-lined street is beautiful,the neighborhood is quiet and clean, and the house is immaculate. The Downtown area is a walkable distance to restaurants and small shops, and Wolf Ranch shopping is a10 minute drive away. This was my first experience with renting a vacation home and Steve made it a smooth, great experience. Thank You Steve and “Casa Gracie Pearl” for providing my family and I a wonderful time in Georgetown, TX . I’ll be sure to stay here again.
