They Don't have Tesla electric plig/connector and couldn't secure it.

I did not like my welcoming to the hotel, no instructions were provided on any information regarding authorizations, holds, dinein, first time here and felt mistreated as a guest especially for the amount of the stay for one night. I was even charged at the front desk for a one night and not just incidentals knowingly my reservation was prepaid on booking, now I am back and forth from my bank and hotel for the money they have not released

Absolut sauberes und relativ neues Hotel.
Einige neue junge Mitarbeiter haben an der Rezeption nicht die notwendige Erfahrung und
gaben uns Zimmerpreise die nicht so abgesprochen waren. Wir mussten dann über
Booking.com buchen, damit wir die günstigeren Preise bekommen konnten.

Absolutamente todo está bien, el hotel es nuevo, está en un barrio precioso donde poder caminar por zonas tranquilas con mucho verde. El servicio es impecable, amabilidad en cada persona que trabaja en el hotel. Tiene una azotea y una piscina estupendas.
Las habitaciones son comodosimas y con vistas. Lo tiene todo, 100% recomendable.

The bar was amazing at night. I enjoys the walking space on the roof top. I appreciated the key entry to the elevator as well.
More vegan options for breakfast. The pool bar closes way too early. the valet was horrible.

Made a reservation for Loews Miami, thinking of Miami Beach. Showed up In Miami Beach and been told that this is another location. We intended to stay at the beach and therefore decided to cancel this stay. Been told that the cancellation will be free of charge. They charged me $350 (stay and breakfast) and refuse to refund, sending me back to booking.com. Never heard of such customer service.

The staff were the most polite, welcoming, and helpful people I’ve met in a long time! The cleanliness was exceptional. The restaurant options were more than enough and for any appetite.
The only option for parking is valet. There is no parking lots nearby so the only option is to valet which is $36 a day. But the attentive staff were available 24/7.
