Very clean and tidy and good location. Beds very comfy and the whole van is homely.

The parking area needs to be levelled and slabbed, as due to the wet conditions I have mud all over my car and you have to be careful not to get mud on your shoes when getting in and out of car. Could do with some coat hooks by door plus a few more coat hangers. Also some shelving in the bathroom would be handy.

Caravan was lovely and clean. It was really well equiped for a family with young children! We had everything we needed and more.

The van was spotless, had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The site was quiet and in a fantastic location. And we could bring the dog!

The caravan was very good with comfortable beds and very airy and bright living area. Nice collection of books, play station, movie DVDs etc., We travelled with a 3 year old and she liked it very much.

This ad is completely misleading! If you are a family wanting to take your kids into those pools in the photographs LISTEN UP!…The caravan is in a haven holidays site but nothing to do with haven holidays - so it would have costed us £135 in ‘play passes’ in order to take the kids for a swim (more than the accommodation). Obviously when you’ve booked accommodation for the pool, this is SO disappointing for the kids and entirely spoilt our trip. Kat was very sweet about this situation but Chris was defensive and completely unsympathetic. I notice to other issues raised in reviews his response is ‘it’s out of my control’ and he gave me a similar line. He tried to justify this immoral scam by telling me I should have read the small print (if you click on ‘host info’ the last sentence says you have to buy swim passes). Obviously ‘host info’ is not the correct place to mention swim passes and no-one in their right mind would expect to pay £135 for a swim but he was determined to justify being misleading and blaming booking.com. I don’t believe there is no way Chris could communicate to guests about this swim pool situation in an honest and upfront way and don’t feel the pools should be included in the photos for the accommodation or facilities list.

Very clean and lovely warm welcome with hamper, as well as little touches as Milk in fridge. Easy access and owners on hand if any questions.

No internet. Did contact owner regarding this and they confirmed there was a problem, when asking other holiday makers and property owners it was confirmed that the internet is often down.
