Wonderfully CLEAN, property! Pool table was so much fun to be able to play while in PJ’s! Absolute gem of a vacation or quick getaway stay! We would definitely try to rent this property the next time we are in the area!

This home had all the amenities that one could ask for and then some. Would definitely stay here again.

Joe did a great job setting up this place for multiple experiences! You can chill with a friend, or hang with a few friends. Anyway you cut it, this place had that atmosphere! Everything from the hammock, to the hot tube, to the pool area, its all set up for a great experience.

We were attending nephews wedding at Bella Collina. Although that was far away everything else was super convenient. Dinner, stores etc…. Nice house!

Bed where nice and big had complimentary water and wine and snacks was close distance to town.

This house was perfect for a local stay while moving our son to college. They hosts left us wine, water, chocolate and even a robe and slippers! The home was immaculate and the owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We’re looking forward to staying with them again!

Have zero complaints about the stay has a lot of smalls things that added up as perfect rental we would definitely stay here again.

This home is updated, cozy yet spacious and super accommodating! We had chargers for any type of need next to beds and couches. We had bathrobes, towels (which felt wonderfully soft) and amazing showers! The neighborhood is established and easy to navigate. So close to food, gas or just headed out for a nice walk. Wish we would have stayed longer and had time to use the backyard (which was fantastic!)

This was the perfect house for our weekend in Greensboro. Hosts thought of everything. This home surpassed our expectations. Thank you for thinking of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

If I could give this house more than 5 stars, I would. The hosts thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and spoiled on vacation. There were robes to wear outside for the hot tub, plenty of seating in the living room and the game room. The showers were beautiful and had perfect water pressure. And I slept better in the bed than I have in months! They even thought of the smallest details, like every coffee table and nightstand had a pre-plugged selection of phone chargers. I can't recommend this house enough. It was a very quiet neighborhood, we all took plenty of walks in the morning before it got too hot. I wish we'd been able to spend more time outside, the outdoor area and yard are absolutely beautiful. But it was just too hot. They even had a little pet station in the backyard for your pups! The hosts were super responsive and friendly. We're already planning another trip in October and December and we'll definitely be staying here.

We needed to stay in Greensboro near the Coliseum Complex for three nights and this was the perfect location. We could eat meals at the house and not have to eat every meal out. A peaceful neighborhood to relax in the backyard. The house was beautiful inside and out, impressive amenities, and provides everything you might need.

My family and I drove from NY to NC for my nephews HS graduation and as a family a few of us were given tasks, mine was to find where to stay and I only use VRBO. VRBO properties are true to the photos on the site and this property was that and then some. The house is nicely decorated really well thought out with charging access throughout the house. It’s super clean with easy access to shopping. My parents ( over age 80) Loved the house and all it had to offer. The only two things we found issues with were, the kitchen faucet is lose and our stay was way too short. This property will not disappoint do enjoy your stay, we did.

Great house and great support from the owners.

This was the perfect house for our weekend in Greensboro. Just enough space to spread out, a pool table to keep everyone entertained, and a hot tub to warm up when the weather was chilly. Convenient to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. Would stay again if we ever come back to the area.

This was our first time renting this house and it met all our expectations and more. Clean, spacious, comfortable and homey. We were there attended my daughter’s graduation from HPU and it wasn’t too far from campus.

The house had absolutely everything we needed. We have stayed in many house rentals and this truly was the first time I didn't recommend anything to the property owners. They really did think of everything. Thank you for your thoughtfulness of what a family might need.

Great stay. Lots of updates to an older home made it easy to enjoy, from the comfortable beds, to huge sofa, to the shower. All great! Hot tub, pool table, and fire table on the patio were great for our down time before and after the concert. Kitchen pretty well equipped (couldn’t find an oven mit/trivet, only one kitchen towel, 6 piece China set so ran dishwasher a couple times, and only 2 slice toaster but very easy “problems” to deal with), enjoyed the welcome basket goodies. Was plenty of space for two couples which seem to be the ideal number, but could easily see 6 people staying there.

The owners have thought tons of nice touches - charge cords on all the end tables in bedrooms and family rooms. Robes & disposable slippers were nice and a Keurig!!! Great backyard for dogs! We were in town for Women's ACC Tournament and house was great location to get to/from coliseum.

The property was EXACTLY as advertised, clean, and comfortable. The owners really thought of everything - charging cables on the end tables, snacks thoughtfully left, great instructions for amenities, etc. In short, I can't think of a thing to improve. We had a great stay!

We loved this home! Everything was perfect! We came down to see our 19-year-old son who moved down there six months ago and we had an excellent time in this home. The pool table was amazing and we had so much fun! Everything in the home is amazing! We will definitely be coming back down and this will be the house that we will rent when we come down to see our son. Thank you so much Joe for letting us bring our German Shepherd down to see our son. It is our son‘s dog and he could not take him with him when he moved down there and they had such a great time together. Again great home!

Property was in excellent condition. The slippers and robes for hot tub were legit !

This property proved exactly what the listing showed and more. We come to this region for our son who lives in Winston and our daughter who attends HPU. The unit was incredibly easy to access, beautifully appointed, extremely clean and full of amenities. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our little dog and a walk through the neighborhood with her was pleasant as well. Even though the weather was pretty cold and not conducive to sitting outside under the gazebo with the table top fire pit, I did manage to soak in the hot tub. The tub was perfectly heated and extremely clean. The home provided slippers, robes and special absorbent towels. Instructions for the home were very clear and made it easy to navigate. We only had two in our party but the home with three bedrooms and two full baths would afford a comfortable stay for more. They provided water, coffees, snacks and a bottle of wine. The bathrooms had soaps, shampoos and hair dryers. The neighborhood appeared very quiet with not a lot of traffic. We have it booked for another weekend in February and am looking forward to our return.

This is a wonderful house with a great open living space and a nice clean look. Everything feels well appointed and new. The guest shower has one of the best shower heads I’ve ever experienced. The appliances are new, the house is quiet, and the outdoor space is really cool with the hot tub. I’d highly recommend this place.

The house was amazing and we would definitely consider renting again. The snacks and wine provided was a pleasant surprise.

We really enjoyed our time at this house! We came into town for a wrestling tournament! This house was perfect for our group! We hope to stay again next year!!!!

After a long drive through hurricane Ian to visit our son in college, dodging high winds and fallen trees we arrived at this beautiful property to find that 40,000 homes were without power. We were able to access the property and happy to find candles and a flashlight to see around. We contacted the owners to make them aware and within a half hour they arrived with extra candles and flashlights. Super service!! In addition, they contacted the power company and provided us with regular updates for the power to be back on. Despite the outage, we enjoyed a family candlelit pool tournament along with snacks and wine that was waiting for us. Once the power was back we enjoyed the hot tub, too. Super clean, great property with all of our needs and wants attended to. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Thanks so much! We’ll definitely be back!

My family traveled to Greensboro to see our son who is a student at High Point University. The house was located about 20 minutes from the university. The house is in a nice friendly neighborhood and it was amazing to stay at. The house is beautifully furnished. The owners thought of everything. They were very good communicators and the house is just as it is on the website. The house was super clean. The hot tub was awesome and we had a great time playing pool. I highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed. Thank you Joe and Vivian for an awesome stay.
