I really like the whole experience. The staff was particularly pleasant and helpful. The room was nice... big breakfast. Very nice view from dining room

Everything was very nice. We have a few constructive comments and easy fixes. The entrance was used to store extra beds and other supplies. It looked a little confusing when we first arrived and gave us not the best first impression. Also, they really should put nets on their windows to allow natural ventilation while keeping insects and cats out of the room

you can experience cozy cave room.

As a real bug-phobia, due to the season but, you can see bugs both in your room and common space like eating space. It’s not big deal but could be a deal breaker

The facility is amazing and value for money

It is little far from main attraction Goreme, but you can take buses and taxis if you don't have car

Breakfast was good, as was the location, although difficult to find at night.

Could not control room temperature, and it was very warm making for uncomfortable sleep both nights. No real privacy given window faces common breakfast room. If you are a light sleeper avoid room 5

My trip was amazing. They helped us about everything. Next Month we will come back again. Kapalos is best.
