Great spot. 1 min walk to rental shop and chairlift. Hot tub was nice after a powder day on the mountain! ❄️🏂 Fireplace in the unit was sooo cozy! 🔥

We had the best weekend getaway at Jen’s condo. Steps away from lift 7! Best location and like all the other reviews said about the comfortable bed! It was delightful! We will definitely be staying here again!

This place was very nice. Perfect for wife and myself. Great location! Walking distance to town and restaurants. Lift #7 was a 2 min walk, and you can pretty much ski in to the place. Would definitely recommend, and will rent in the future.

Our stay here was wonderful. The unit was very spacious and comfortable for two people. It is conveniently located between the gondola and Lift 7 — just a few hundred yards from Lift 7, brief walk to the gondola. Also a close walk to Main Street and the grocery store. Our host was super responsive and the check-in/out process was a breeze.

Can’t fault the property. We arrived late, but the details sent were easy to follow. Property was well presented. Had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water. The fire was nice. Great location close to lift 7, & the market. Easy walk to the gondola & the restaurants. Used the laundry Enjoyed the hot tub Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this tastefully decorated & very comfortable condo. Cozy with fireplace & terrific king bed, no stairs to navigate, ski in-ski out - all a big plus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Super cute, well-appointed and provided everything my husband and I needed. The pros were the location, size, bed was so comfortable, fireplace, and owner communication. We hope to stay again!

Nestled like an unassuming jewel in the bosom of the grand landscape of Telluride we discovered a condo, beautiful in aspect, equal in art, and exquisite in comfort. It is a freshly remodeled sanctuary, with an allure so palpably delightful that it engages the senses. The living quarters, adorned with a lustrous patina of dark hardwood floors, possess an almost hypnotic effect, deeply immersing the observer in their rich, soothing aura. The gas fireplace stands as an inviting sentinel in this domicile of serenity. As the evening chill descends, carried by the crisp mountain air, it cracks and hums alive - a warm vibrato against the night's melody. The dancing flames behind the glass pane cast an urbane, flickering glow, twinkling against the lustrous hardwood canvas – an enchanting ballet of light and shadow, warmth and comfort. Only a short saunter from this homely abode, and you find yourself captivated by the ceaseless charm of the local river. Cheekily winking through the colorful dress of the Golden Aspens, it guides our journey towards the town's steadfast gondola. The river walk, especially beneath the sacred spells of October, whispers narratives hitherto unheard by the ears, but deeply felt within the abode of the soul. One might say it's not just a walk, but a pilgrimage back to nature.

The property was nice, clean and well located. The property manager was very responsive to all questions.

The unit worked out well for us. The building it is in is older and like many buildings in ski towns it’s showing its age. While being billed as being on the river there is no view of the river just the parking lot. It was unseasonably hot while we were visiting and the unit has no A/C.

Location was great in town with easy access to River Trail-unit and complex a bit dated with some deferred maintenance-furniture is old Nice King size bed

Great location just a short walk to everything. The owner was quick to answer when we had a question and recommended some favorite local dining spots. The unit isn’t big, but worked just fine for us, was well equipped and tidy. We’ll definitely be back!

This corner unit is v spacious, especially for Mountainside. Light, bright (if the sun is shining!) and nicely updated.

Adorable 1 bedroom, stocked with everything you need. Host was very personable and kept in touch when needed. Fabulous stay even in off season. Would love to stay again.

Everything was just as advertised and communication with Jennifer was easy.

We had a great time. Check in was a little difficult. The door to the building was locked and we couldn't get in. Luckily we got a code from another person staying at the hotel. The office had closed early. Would be a good idea to give the door code to the arriving party in advance to avoid this in the future. We recommend this room to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

Great location, walkable to gondola, restaurants etc. Nice,clean,comfortable with all necessities covered (coffee and shampoo!). Easy access and easy communication with host! Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed this stay. The condo was spotless and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The location was perfect, especially if you park in the Carhenge Parking Lot as it is right next to the condo as well as gives your great access to Lift 7. Your car becomes your own personal ski valet! The host is very responsive and does her best to ensure a great stay. We had one minor issue in check-in as the exterior door was locked and we then had to go to office to get code. No big deal and had we mentioned to host that we were running later than expected, I’m sure she would have provided that code!

Our stay in Telluride was absolutely perfect. The room was right outside chair 7 and walking distance to the gondola and downtown. The host was incredibly proactive and responsive. We would stay here again!

My husband and I enjoy long weekends in Telluride every year and prefer staying in town vs. Mountain Village. We park our car and only move it if we are hiking outside of town. This unit is very walkable to all that you could want and need with restaurants, a grocery store, the Gondola etc. close by. The unit itself is a corner unit on the ground floor. It provides lots of natural lighting and the black out blinds work great. It overlooks the parking lot and path between two parking lots, so if you are looking for views or privacy this should be considered. We did not have to open the windows as it was cold enough outside. There is noise from the parking lot and upstairs unit. Neither were an issue during sleeping hours. Most importantly, the property manager is very communicative, friendly and helpful.

Great little condo that is nicely decorated with a cozy feel. We had everything we needed and loved the whole layout with ample storage and plenty of space to comfortably move around together. The king size bed was very comfortable and a rare find. Most have queens. Jennifer was extremely helpful and replied back very quickly with any questions. The location is great and we walked to everything in town. It is a corner unit which has its pros and cons. Lots of windows and light and the unit is very easy to access but the windows are facing a parking lot with heavy activity so that could be a problem for some. Surprisingly it was still pretty quiet. There are great privacy shades on the windows so it wasn’t a problem for us and we would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful condo with lovely appointments. It is on the first floor and I was afraid it might be noisy so close to parking, but it was not. The manager was very attentive, texting to see if we needed anything and when the parking pass had not been left in the condo, she had someone quickly bring one to us. My husband loved the fireplace, it was so relaxing. And I fell in love with one of the decorative pillows, which I wished I could have brought home with me. Sigh. It was close to the River Walk and about a 5 minute walk to town where we found plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great coffee house. It was also a short walk to the free gondola, which we took to the ski village at Telluride. There we found more restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The scenery is beautiful. Can only say good things. Loved our stay.

Great location for our long weekend stay. The host is fabulous and the place is clean and well setup. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Telluride.

Perfect one bedroom condo In beautiful and convenient neighborhood in Telluride. Really well laid out in a great setting close to the river and grocery store. Everything was easy and owner very responsive. We loved it and hopefully will return.

This is a well decorated, beautiful condo, perfectly located near the river and walking trails. Every morning I would wake up and take the 60 second stroll to the trail along the river to go get coffee and a bagel. Incredibly relaxing! The place has everything I need, including a great coffee maker. Just prefer the short walk along the river. Exceptionally clean, it has obviously been newly remodeled. New linens for the beds and nice furniture and appointments. Great value. Jennifer is amazing to work with. She was very nice and accommodative. Will definitely rent from her again!

Really enjoyed my stay, I've vacationed in Telluride many times and I would definitely go back and stay in this room rental again. Jennifer, the Property Manager was very helpful and made everything easy and the room was in great shape for my arrival. Everything was very comfortable and I had everything I needed. I absolutely would recommend this rental to others.
