Walking distance to everything on Campbell. Nice backyard for pups. Safe neighborhood to walk dogs. Neighbor next door trains boxers in his backyard starting at 7am with loud music and intense workouts. He’s super friendly though and will adjust noise if you ask. It wasn’t a problem for us. Windows are double paned. Communication with Candace was an excellent host. Super responsive. Only slight bummer is that the bed & pillows are not very comfy. Overall though a great space & we really enjoyed our week there!

The location was quiet and safe, but still was very close to everything we needed. The hosts were attentive and prompt. The shower was amazing. The home was attractive and easy to keep clean. We will be back! Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The house was perfect. My dogs loved it, too. My only issue was the neighbor Nick, who runs his personal training business in his back yard at the top of his lungs, accompanied by Rap and Rock music. If you're going to be gone all day, that's fine, but are subjected to the noise until dark. So it's difficult to enjoy cocktail hour with that ruckus going on. He's a nice guy, but he'll tell how it's going to be right up front. " I'm going to make a LOT of noise" If you're sick and in the front bedroom, you can't hear him with the windows closed. If you can handle the noise, the house which is pet friendly, can be a perfect place. In my opinion, I think the homeowners should make him set up in a studio.

We were all SURPRISED at this BEAUTIFUL house! Everything is NEW!!! From the roof to the ice cold A/C to the keyless entry……..oh my i can go on and on and on!!! Everything worked and the Roku was AMAZING! I have to be honest everyone! I would of paid 200$ for this gem a night! It was that amazing here!!! Please don’t pass this one up! You will literally will not want for ONE THING! Plus the kicker!! There is SO MANY EATING OPTIONS WITH IN A 200 YEARD WALK! Plus a few coffee shops and other businesses latterly just out the door and a 1 or 2 min. Walk! Another major plus! Is this neighborhood is absolutely quite!!! I really didn’t know if we were the only ones here in the whole area! I walked to Dunkin Donuts and I did see 2 people walking their dogs! Do yourself a favor and book this beautiful GEM!!!!! You won’t be sorry at ANY LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This property was perfect for our needs. We were in Tucson moving our daughter into UofA. Great location, the owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. As promised, it had everything we needed.

This place was great! We spent two weeks here while we organized our move back to Tucson and caught up with family. We spent many cozy mornings having coffee in the Arizona room and lots of evenings enjoying the back patio too. Owner is very thoughtful and kind!

What a great home away from home! A quiet, people AND pet friendly neighborhood. Close to EVERYTHING: UA, downtown, mountain/trails, parks, hospitals and any store you’ll need! You can easily cook, take out or eat out by walking or driving. Host answered all questions quickly even before our booking. Next door neighbor trains in their yard on and off during the day. Didn’t bother us but may make a backyard quiet time a bit noisy. We will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the stay here. For an older home, it was very nicely updated. Happy that it had a washer and dryer. Also really liked the desk and chair - for some reason that is a rarity among VRBOs. The neighborhood was really quiet and safe. Very close to restaurants and shopping. This location is pretty close to the University, but I also liked that it was close to the loop access off Campbell.

What a great house! We so enjoyed it. Met our expectations and then some. Nice neighborhood, great communication with owner. It was wonderful having outdoor space to relax. It has all the ammenities you could need. A+

Everything was very easy.

We flew into Tucson Arizona and didn’t rent a car just planned on using Uber. This place was perfect we didn’t have to use Uber but to and from the airport and over to The Sabino mountains for a day hike. Everything was so close we had the best coffee and food places right across the street and the Grocery Store is Next door! Perfect Place would recommend and will be back!

We enjoyed our mini vacation in this cozy little casa. The location and amenities were perfect. The property manager was amazing and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here. We are already planning our next stay.
