The house and lake is beautiful. The front of the house does not do it justice. All the pics are of the back of the house. The area is gorgeous. It's so nice to have the dock right in the back of the house and access to the kayaks and paddle boards. We went out every day. However the lake is really dirty and you probably shouldn't go in it so that was a bummer. Don't bother waving to any other people on the lake because they won't wave back. Apparently they are not happy about any renters. They must all have a secret pack and we were quiet and respectful. The neighbor has a sign facing the house that says something to the effect of "Imagine if you lived next to a rental property." The house had great amenities with the games and the fire pit which included access to firewood. It would've been helpful to have a more itemized list of what is available in the house such as the type of coffee maker, shampoo, body wash, firewood, etc so that we could prepare better. The owner was quick to respond and was able to help with all that we requested. I could've easily given five stars if the neighbors weren't so unfriendly and if we were able to float in the lake. I do highly recommend it and everyone loved it so much we talked about making this an annual trip. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and property!

This home is beautiful! Located just outside of Nashville, this lake front property has it all! A dock for your boat, kayaks and canoes, fire pit with tons of great outdoor amenities, updates through out the entire house, lovely kitchen, amazing game room, and incredible views! Jonny was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with! We so enjoyed our stay!

Amazing spot for a group and in a great neighborhood!

Excellent lake home with ample space for two families to enjoy a weeks stay. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking during our stay. Outdoor area was also well appointed with plenty of seating on both the upper and lower levels. Kids absolutely loved the large game room with their own tv. We brought our boat and enjoyed all that Old Hickory lake has to offer. Home is conveniently located within minutes of Spencer Camp Creek boat launch . Already planning our next visit and cannot wait to stay.

Property had serious attention to detail, tons of things to do and a perfect spot for vacation, I’ve rented a lot of houses and this was by far the best overall! Game room in garage is genius!!!

A fantastic property for a family getaway. We stayed for a week with 14 family members ranging in age from 3 to 70 and everyone had a wonderful time. There is so much to do at the house with all the amenities provided and a lot of space for people to spread out. The house appears to be recently updated and is very clean. The location on the lake is amazing. We appreciated being in a cove away from the boat traffic. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. When we had issues with the refrigerator upon arrival they worked quickly to get it resolved which was not easy since it happened on the weekend. We had a great time and look forward to next year.

The owners thought of everything for this stay. Things to do on rainy days or when the weather is nice. Beds are comfortable and accommodations made for all of you need to gather in a big space or retreat to solitude. Loved this house and location.

This place was awesome! There was plenty of space to move around! It was one of the best stocked homes I’ve ever stayed in. There’s so much to do and they are so kind to share their kayaks and lake gear! We stayed here for a team building event for our 17’s boys volleyball team and it was fantastic! 5 stars for the beds and pillows too! I even ordered the same pillows on my way home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Place was perfect for my whole family. It allowed us to enjoy a portion of the house while my grandchild was sleeping and we didn't disturb her.

My family and I had the best vacation ever this past April 2023. Can't say enough awesome things about this property. Great communication from our host Jonny. Check-in was easy. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and comfy. Everthing we could possible need was there. Pleanty of space and things to do for everyone. Thank you Jonny! This home was phenomenal! The pictures do not do it justice. We had a group of 14 adults and teenagers and everyone had plenty of space. The hosts were extremely helpful and made communication a breeze! The property is stunning with so many extras! You could stay here for 2 weeks and not run out of things to keep you entertained. The kitchen was well equipped and the linens were of great quality. We will definitely try to stay here when in Nashville!

We celebrated an early "Friendsgiving" at this gorgeous home with our family plus all of my daughter's new friends from Belmont University, where she just started her freshman year. We wanted a comfortable house that "felt like home" in a location on the water with enough space for everyone to sleep and spread out. This house exceeded our needs and expectations! It's perfect and so beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a full holiday meal with all the trimmings for 13 people! It was a bit too chilly to enjoy the water activities but we loved the view out onto the lake/river and especially loved waking up to see a huge flock of pure white pelicans land right in front of our dock! It was incredible! We did enjoy singing and making s'mores around the outdoor firepit Saturday night. And the college kids loved using the pool table and ping pong table! We lazed around on Sunday watching Hallmark movies in our pajamas all day, eating leftovers. It was the perfect little get-away for our family and gave us a great opportunity treat the college friends to a home-cooked meal and a little break from college life. Thank you for making the home so cozy and accommodating! We would love to make this a tradition every year!

Amazing for a family vacation! Would definitely recommend or rent again. So many amenities (pool table, ping pong, lake toys, fire pit, grill, etc.) Something for everyone and the perfect open concept layout for time together.
