We enjoyed our stay here and in Colorado. This property is nice and centrally located and near the airport. The house had a nice kitchen that had a nice basic support - basic spices, good assortment of dishes etc. There were coffee basics too. Keurig pods with tasty coffee. a roll of paper towels was provided which was nice We had basic bathroom items too. towels were provided, basic body wash, shampoo and conditioner. it was nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable and a queen size. the other bedroom had twin beds There was drive way parking. So that was also nice to not have to park in the street. I would recommend this property. we enjoyed ourselves and when there was a question, the property manager was prompt at responding to us via the app. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The house had BED BUGS! Kept waking up with bites and after a week, discovered the bites were from bed bugs!. The host did come out the next day and attempted to take care of the problem but it was a Sunday and wasnt able to get an exterminator out till Monday. Stayed in Denver for a parents Major surgery. This issue caused us even more stress than we were already experiencing and took time away from being at the hospital due to having to wash all the sheets and blankets every night. Not to mention that we had to treat our luggage and bags upon arrival at home for fear of bringing them home with us and into our homes.

The location was great and the space was perfect for our small family gatherings.

My husband flew out to Denver to care for our daughter after her knee surgery. The house was perfect for them. Location was relatively close to her surgeons office. The space was inviting and clean. Owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again (hopefully for fun, not medical reasons) again! Thank you!

The house was very clean and everything meet our expectations. Being able to park my car in the garage was a huge plus. The one thing preventing me from rating 5 stars is that we were under the impression it was the whole home and didn’t know there were people living in the basement below. We didn’t have any issues with those tenants at all. It was just weird hearing people talking through the walls the first night and trying to figure out where it was coming from. I don’t remember seeing it in the listing but I could have missed it. I would however stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a cute house and a nice neighborhood! We’re from the country, so aren’t used to city noise, but were so pleased with the area. Home was so nice & clean, and well decorated, and had plenty of space for our family! Cute deck and area out back, too! Ignacio was terrific to communicate with and was so patient with my many questions. Ha. Would highly recommend!!

I was in town because my father was in a local hospital so I needed something near him. The house was spacious but not kept. Crumbs and dirt were on the floor, the refrigerator was not cleaned out and the blinds and walls had splash stains on them. You had to wear shoes in the bedroom because of how stained and gross it looked. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned- toiletries from the previous people were still in the tub are and the toilet was gross. The walls are paper thin so be careful if there are downstairs tenants in their other apartment. Oh, and best part, they steal your security deposit. I have a dog that was kenneled in the family room when we weren’t there, and they said they had to take my security deposit to Clean the carpets due to dog urine and feces, which is not even possible since she wasn’t in the rooms. I’d rather sleep in my car than ever book with them again.
