The hostess Goldie was incredibly friendly and helpful - she helped me through a difficult check-in and was very professional and incredibly thoughtful. She was very knowledgeable about the area and explained the hotel accommodations to me. I thought the rooms very clean and professional looking and the bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. I loved that they had the Dove mounted soaps/shampoos - which is so much easier than the portables. The location was very safe and easy to get to from the local highways and interstates. There was plenty of food and shopping nearby if that is your need. I also liked that they had an electric charging station for cars and USB outlets/charging in several places in the room. They had a well stocked market and variety of breakfast self-serve items. I also liked that I could check thing out on the tv such as my bill, streaming log-ins, and local information. The check-out agent was also very friendly and the service from staff was very professional.

I had never stayed at this brand of hotel, so while it didn't matter to me that the room did not have a microwave or fridge - it may matter to some travelers. There was a microwave in the community lobby, and cold drinks available for purchase. There was a well-stocked ice machine also. The breakfast was a little "too" self-serve for my liking also - but it was a nice variety of choices for someone on the go. There were sandwiches/fruit/cereals/bread/juice/milk options - but it was a little different than the typical hotel buffet breakfasts. I felt the price was a little "high" for the area and accommodations, but it was a busy weekend - so I'm sure that was why. I also didn't like that I wasn't asked if I was an IHG hotel member - which I am, but almost always forget to show my card - so I missed out on the points for this visit.

Goldie was amazing and beyond helpful. My two small children had surgery and she truly made our stay so memorable and comforting.

Brand new, clean, friendly

The body wash in the shower is a large/refillable bottle (which is nice) but the cleaning staff had not filled it enough for anything to dispense…all the other bottles like lotion/shampoo/etc. were fine:)

Modern

No drawers. No closet. No laundry. Super basic. I can't believe I paid so much for this.

The breakfast choices were average and good. I liked the mounted larger than usual sizes of shampoo. conditioner, and lotion on the walls of the shower and bathroom in the hotel room.

We could hear the people in the room above us talking and laughing. We could hear ever footstep. Not good for sleeping.
