The room had a weird smell at first, the tv barely worked, and my daughter and I was placed in the back of the building on the ground floor and we saw two roaches.

The room was very basic for almost $100 Night and on the second night it was a shooting next door and the police never arrived.

Everything. Thought this could be an inexpensive local place and a change from chain hotel but cancelled the reservation after arriving and seeing room. Some mafioso types of various nationalities were hanging around the reception area giving me a once over when I arrived to check in around 10:00 PM. Both Russian and Spanish were being spoken. Hotel staff smoked in reception area. Walking along the second floor balcony to my room seeing the environs didn't think myself or my car would survive the night. No elevator and thought the dark stairway in back was not good for personal safety. Pool in back was filled in with dirt. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Bed cover had cigarette burns. Reaction to the room was this is the kind of place you get bedbugs and I didn't want to find out the hard way. Picture they have of a room on your website must be some kind of show room. Receptionist seemed understanding when I came back to cancel. Said they were unlikely to have another room that didn't smell of cigarette smoke. Your website should have a warning about this place. Go for the chain hotels in the area as I eventually found a room in one of those.
