We liked the location. Our room was great and I loved that the bed was close to the wall so I didn't have to worry about my baby rolling off.

The pool was cold, had small worms/caterpillars in it, and had a weird smell.

Nothing… the receptionist was rude and dismissive when I showed her my booking.com confirmation number. She stated my reservation was not in her computer and she didn’t even have my reservation in her computer. I again showed her my confirmation information and asked if they worked with booking. She said yes and shrugged her shoulders, moving on to a different customer. When I asked to speak to the manager she said I could wait in the lobby until midnight when she was expected to arrive. I booked a new reservation at the nearby Doubletree by Hilton with the same booking.com app. I was in a room there in less than 30 minutes. The receptionist there even same in finding the customer service number for booking.com. I will never book with this facility again and I hope karma is real because their receptionist deserves a dose of her own apathy.

Close to the airport but otherwise not in a great area.

Location close to airport. 24 hr shuttle van to the airport. Nice room and comfy bed.

The big roach in the shower.

I really appreciated that the hotel didn’t use the little plastic bottles of shampoo, etc, but rather had large dispensers mounted in the shower. Less plastic in landfills!! Also the shuttle to the airport was excellent, especially as we had to leave at 3:00 AM. Driver was pleasant and courteous. We asked for a quiet room and they did put us in the back. Room was very clean, and attractively furnished.

The location. A lot of people always outside walking by.

Amazing staff. Hospitality was a high priority for them. So many smiles. "Smile your at the Courtyard!" Felt like part of the family.

Did not see anything that could be done better.
