We liked the location. Our room was great and I loved that the bed was close to the wall so I didn't have to worry about my baby rolling off.
The pool was cold, had small worms/caterpillars in it, and had a weird smell.

Nothing… the receptionist was rude and dismissive when I showed her my booking.com confirmation number. She stated my reservation was not in her computer and she didn’t even have my reservation in her computer. I again showed her my confirmation information and asked if they worked with booking. She said yes and shrugged her shoulders, moving on to a different customer. When I asked to speak to the manager she said I could wait in the lobby until midnight when she was expected to arrive. I booked a new reservation at the nearby Doubletree by Hilton with the same booking.com app. I was in a room there in less than 30 minutes. The receptionist there even same in finding the customer service number for booking.com. I will never book with this facility again and I hope karma is real because their receptionist deserves a dose of her own apathy.

I really appreciated that the hotel didn’t use the little plastic bottles of shampoo, etc, but rather had large dispensers mounted in the shower. Less plastic in landfills!!
Also the shuttle to the airport was excellent, especially as we had to leave at 3:00 AM. Driver was pleasant and courteous.
We asked for a quiet room and they did put us in the back.
Room was very clean, and attractively furnished.

Amazing staff. Hospitality was a high priority for them. So many smiles. "Smile your at the Courtyard!" Felt like part of the family.

The staff on check-in was adequate to above adequate
Frayed carpet, blood stain on the bed, shower door off the track so it wouldn’t fully open or close, some sort of drip or clicking noise from the HVAC kept me up all night. A tired property.
I decided to stay one night, not 2 as originally planned. First thing in the morning, I went to check out. When I informed the woman handling checkout of my intentions, she stated that she had just finished reconciling her numbers, her manager wasn’t on site, she was new, and she couldn’t guarantee that I wouldn’t be charged for the second night. She told me to call an 800 number. Poor service, but it was not her, it was a system that set her (and guests) up to fail.

Location. Mattress was comfortable
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty. The pillows were so flat and had spots where nothing was in them. The toilet had mold in it. No trash can liners. The staff were rude to my 3 year old son.

Convenient to the wedding I attended at Jolene Family Winery nearby.

Staff were nice.
I was charged for a prepaid room. Person at the desk said and still no e-mail would be taken care of. Still no email if the situation has been taken care of.

Did not use breakfast service, did not want to pay an extra $15 when there were other places nearby for less.
The room looked very nice with all the new furnishings, we enjoyed the half circle sofa to relax and watch TV.
The lady at the front desk was rude, stating "no rooms are ready" before even saying hello and knowing why we walked in. It wasn't until I approached the desk that she asked "you're checking in right? Well rooms aren't ready and won't be until 5pm". We arrived at 4pm and our check in time was 3pm. It wasn't until my sister in law went in (she arrived 5 minutes after me) questioned why our rooms weren't ready that the front desk lady changed her tone and said rooms were ready.
The floor in the sink area got wet every time you took a shower along with in the bathroom along the door edge. We did not request another room because we were there for a funeral and it would be too much to move all our stuff for the little bit of time we would be there. We just laid towels on the floor to try and soak up all the water.

The staff was extremely cordial. The shuttle to the airport was convenient.
I spent two nights at the hotel one week apart. After the second night, I broke out in hives and what appeared to be bug bites after sleeping in the bed. I am positive that there were bed bugs.

very old, black mold in bathroom, needs upkeep. Clearly and old motel purchased by Marriott and the entry was renovated but the rooms were not.

location was great near the airport; the bed and room were very comfortable.
There was no standard skin lotion, the body wash in the shower was empty, the conditioner was empty. And there was no continental breakfast after paying $160 with tax. I won't stay at a Courtyard again and will be wary of Marriotts in the future.
