I was bitten by a beg bug once I laid down on the bed. I reported to staff on duty that night they move me to different room. Told me manger would be site in the morning. Spoke to manager., older lady with salt and pepper hair. No compassio mean. Told me. oh we dont do anything about that.

Location

The hotel was not clean, fixtures in bathroom were falling off. Walls had patches of Sheetrock not painted and room was dirty. Definitely needed a deep clean.

The breakfast was okay, I expected a bit more options but still substantial. The overall hotel was pretty clean

None of the vending machines took card and there was not an ATM available, there was also no elevator which did not bother me personally, however I'm sure anyone with luggage or disabilities would be affected

i didn't eat and the stay was not long enough.... i wanted to stay for 6 days but i was told i could only stay for 3 and i would have to wait 6 months before i could stay another 3 days

The staff was great, friendly & helpful. Front desk man was very helpful, giving us directions to local places to eat & directions to the Park & Go. Breakfast was pretty good

The place looks kind of old, needs an update. the bathroom had what looked like mold on the floor. The room had cobwebs on the drapes. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Tv worked fine in the evening but the remote died by morning, couldn't see the morning news before we left. We told the front desk and they said they would sent maintenance. But we left before they showed up.
