So great

Excellent location, easy walk to lots of Seattle sites. Condo was very comfortable and clean. Access to the pool and hot tub was a great bonus. One note: kitchen countertops and cabinets were unusually high. My 5 ft tall partner struggled to use the kitchen. I'm 5' 7" and found it a little odd, but usable.

My family and I stayed here the weekend prior to our cruise out of Seattle. The property was spotless and everything worked perfectly for our stay. We were able to walk to attractions, restaurants, and even our port. I would definitely stay here again if in the Seattle area.

The property is just as described. The unit was is fabulous condition and so comfortable. It is located walking distance to any of Seattle’s favorite historic spots. Lots of local flair. The roof top patio has a fabulous view of The Sound.

Perfect location to explore Seattle on foot. Good communication throughout check in process and building is very safe and secure. Close to museums, space needle, market place, water front, shops, restaurants. Owner answered any questions promptly. Condo is very clean, has a washer and dryer, and plenty of extra paper towels and toilet paper. Also, it was so nice that they provided laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We loved using roof top deck grill for cooking in evening. Beds and linen are very comfortable. Lots of extra towels. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

We loved this property and it’s location. The building was very secure. Parking spot excellent. Fitness facility large. The rooftop grill was great to grill fresh fish purchased from the Market and had a nice view. The courtyard is lovely and peaceful. The unit was as pictured in the photographs. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. We had space to spread out. The owners were very responsive when we had a few issues arise (blown fuse and slow shower drain). The master bathroom was awesome. Plenty of bed linens and towels. Stacked washer and dryer was convenient and pretty quiet even though it is located in the kitchen. Most of us really enjoyed the memory foam mattresses. The place was clean when we arrived. The neighbors were friendly. We felt quite comfortable during our stay. There are just a few suggestions to make this listing perfect. First, the garbage disposal should be fixed or replaced. A posted sign limited it’s use to liquids which was fine for us to put food scraps in the trash but the sink also did not drain well which made it very difficult to keep clean. Second, there are two air conditioners (one in each bedroom) but those were not enough to keep the unit cool. The main living space was unbearably hot a few of the nights and never really cooled down. There is a fan in the main space and a box fan we found to add too, but it wasn’t enough. Still, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property was just as described with lots of beautiful art and amenities. Close to Space Needle and Pike’s Place. Great stay.

Stayed weekend prior to leaving for a cruise. Location was central to everything we had planned to do in Seattle. Great time!!!

Located in a great part of the city and isn't dirty! Building is very serious about the security and I for one think that is great. Would recommend

We had a great weekend here. The building is very secure, the space is clean and well stocked. The space was full cool, we loved the art. The host were very responsive and helpful as well. We highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot for our first visit to Seattle. We came for a college football game and it was the perfect location to explore the city and get to campus quickly. Check-in was great and Ashley and Mike were very thorough and response with their communication. Highly recommend!

Mike and Ashley great hots. Plenty of room for two adults. Well appointed rooms. The beds were good. Plenty of seating.. Walkable to restaurants, the Market and Space Needle. We where their during the heat wave. The apartment had AC big plus. Bathrooms where clear, however not a fine of the walk in tube. We had nice stay. Would book again.

This place was so much fun to stay at and we loved being able to walk to all our restaurants and activities

We had a really great time at the condo. It was perfectly appointed, clean, safe and was close to everything downtown. It was also really convenient to have a parking space. We would definitely stay here again.
