We stayed the weekend here & we don’t want to leave! It is so beautiful and the location is perfect. Comfortable, very clean, and lots of fun things to do! We can’t wait to come back !!!

Owners are very nice and friendly. Responded to our needs. Lake Hartwell is beautiful and the views from the house are incredible. The paddle boat was so much fun and the hot tub was relaxing. It was nice having the little bunkie house.

Often for such a reasonable price at last minute. We were a little concerned things wouldn’t be as posted! Wow! We were surprised! What an amazing little gem we have found! Secluded enough to feel far away but close enough to everything you need! The owners were so attentive to all our needs and were so accommodating! Book this place for the summer! House was nice and in a quiet cove. Dock was nice and in good shape. Screened in porch was nice too. I didn’t look close enough to understand the true layout of the rooms and beds/bathrooms so that was my bad. Host was easy going and easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed the lake view in spite of being off season. Kitchen and bathroom have nice updates. Host is responsive and nearby. Quiet area.

This was the perfect spot for a small group of friends from the Northeast to stay while in town for the Clemson football game over the week-end. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake much, but the house was perfect for us. Plenty of space, inside and out. Working internet so we could watch even more football! The house was very clean with all the amenities you would need. The owner was very accessible when we had a few questions and very responsive. Check in and check out were seamless! We will surely return on our next trip to catch the Tigers!

The property was clean and as advertised. The bunk beds in the on garage sweet were not good. Nice screened in porch and hot tub area. Owners are very nice. Overall satisfied with the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as expected. There are a lot of options for sleeping which helped with our overnight guests. Everything was well-labeled and we had everything we needed. The porch was our favorite place to hang out. The neighbors we met were friendly and considerate.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house. It was exactly as described and super clean. The separate little garage apartment was perfect for our group that was there fishing a tournament and had to be up early. Would definitely stay here again!

My granddaughter said it was the best trip yet she's 20 everything that was advertised was there we all had a blast

we rented this facility for a family vacation. Family from Georgia came to visit and family from Indiana and friends from South Carolina. We had a wide variety of ages. It was nice that we had a separate quarters for the people that had the youngest child. Napping was easy. The porch is worth $1 million! So relaxing. Even on a hot day the fans keep the humidity off of you and you can sit out there and hang for hours. we even had some young adults sleep out there on air mattresses. They loved it! The owners were super cooperative and helpful. This is a remote spot, and the store down the road was an adventure in itself. They have great sandwiches and carry a little bit of everything. went to Tillys for dinner three times. Really liked the food and atmosphere and drinks. The dock was awesome and the water is super clear. You could barely tell our boat had sat in the water for a week. We also went swimming off the end of the dock. Quite shallow, but great for kids! And great for just cooling off. we didn’t get our fishing license but we saw plenty of fish right off the dock so that would be an added bonus. The lake is huge. We went both ways and loved the houses. There is a jumping rock very close to this property and you could even kayak if you didn’t have a boat. We also went to a Toccoa to shop and eat and went to the Toccoa a Falls. Those were absolutely beautiful. Some of the best we’ve seen in our travels! Super short walk and easy access. Ample Parking.Had a great time!

We had all the family together for the first in awhile, and we enjoyed every moment together at the location we booked at the lake. Plenty of room for everyone and the screened in back porch was so nice to sit around in. The house was exactly as listed and the cleanliness was a plus. Enjoyed staying here and will be back

Great location by land and water. We were able to park 2 boat trailers on the property with plenty of vehicle parking. Easy walk to the lake and nice dock. We played cornhole & enjoyed the hot tub! Loved our stay!

Very nice Lakehouse. Everything was clean and pictures do not show how relaxing it is. Incredible private hot tub area! The host lived across the street and was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again!

3rd bedroom and bathroom was located next to garage and had no heat and the hot water in the shower went on and off during a shower. Cold showers are no fun. There was no remote for the TV either so everyone stayed in main house. Whoever is cleaning the house takes little time on the floors. Had to sweep the house myself to get all the dirt and dust on the floors. You also have several safety hazards inside and outside that you need to address for the future so no accident happens on your property.

The property is exactly as listed. The owners went above and beyond for us. The lake levels had dropped so they had to move the dock out and made sure we had a safe way to get to the dock. The home is amazing. Pictures don’t do this property justice! And it has so many supplies and accessories to make sure you can enjoy the lake with or without a boat!!!

Great location, Great Lake views. The home is big enough for families and friends. Bring your boat and rafts to hang in the lake and dock. There’s a nice fire pit and large lanai when you just want to sit and relax. Thank you for sharing your home.

We really enjoyed our stay! We found the home to be really cozy and comfortable for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the home was nicely updated. The view of the lake was wonderful, the hot tub was great, and we loved having our own dock to fish and swim off of. We caught 3 catfish! There were storms that came through with lightning and thunder and we absolutely loved it and enjoyed the hot tub and the games on the back deck during the storms. Read your instructions the host sends you carefully, as you will lose cell service as you get closer to the house. The house has great wifi so you can still use your phone once you get connected to the wifi to call and text. Just remember to get your code to get in the front door before you lose cell service, which for us with Verizon was about 15-20 minutes from the house. This house was a good place to get away and just relax, enjoy the beautiful lake and get away from the crazy busy life. I also worked from the home and the wifi worked great. The host was awesome and quick to respond too. Thank you so much for everything!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We linked up with friends staying nearby on Hartwell and had the chance to stay at this clean cozy and fun property! Would definitely recommend!

We were lucky to be the very first people to rent this property and it did not disappoint! Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. The home is much bigger than the pictures make it look. I was pleasantly surprised when we entered the property. We took a last minute vacation with our two kids age 7 and 4, me, hubby, and my mother in law. It really was the perfect lake getaway we were looking for. I'm going to give you a quick rundown of this property. The House: It has EVERYTHING you need. Fully stocked kitchen with full sized coffee pot. And when I say fully stocked, I mean it. There was aluminum foil, trash bags, dish soap, hand towels, salt and pepper (and other seasonings), toothpicks, blender (better than my own), pots, pans, tupperware. Everything. They also have ample bath towels and beach towels for the lake. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the ceiling fans and AC worked great. The screened in porch was awesome and it had 3 fans to keep the heat off. The kids enjoyed played the lawn games on the porch. We did not use the hot tub because of the outside heat but it looked clean and I'm actually sad we didn't get to use it. Wifi and TV worked perfectly. Location: This place is remote. There's other homes as it is in a neighborhood but if you're looking for a place where you can go out to dinner every night or go shopping, this is not the place for you. There is a small convenience store nearby for small things but that's it. We actually bought a few items there we needed. This house is perfect for people who want to be kind of secluded and just enjoy the lake. The Lake: Our favorite part! It is actually closer to the house than the pictures make it out to be. The dock was awesome! We fished off the dock, swam off the dock and hung out on it. There are chairs, a ladder, and the roof was nice in the afternoons because it covered the fat part of the dock so we had shade. There's 2 floaty chairs that my family really enjoyed. We brought a giant float that we tied to the dock and the kids played on. I recommend swim vests for kids, even if they can swim. My kids loved being able to just float out on the water and I liked not having to worry. The Firepit is close to the water and there was ample firewood. Sandra was very communicative the whole time and made our trip easy and she answered all my questions. We LOVED this place. Definitely will come back again!
