Good location but very limited chairs. A table would be nice to put personal items.

Beautiful house and great location. Minutes to the water, great shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again!!!

This cottage is perfectly located to downtown Newport, walkable to everything. We liked that the property had outdoor space to enjoy and that the space was fenced in for our toddler. We planned to go to block island and this place is only a 5 minute walk to the block island ferry. We didn’t need the second bedroom but it would be great if we were with another couple since it is detached from the main house because it has it’s own half bath. Keep in mind that the parking spot for this property is maybe 4 blocks away but we were able to find spots on Spring St to unload/load the luggage and park the car in a nice lot in the meantime. If you don’t overpack like we do, then the walk with a couple of overnight bags is fine. Parking on spring street is limited to an hour for most of the time so the parking spot is a great bonus. The host was quick to respond any questions or concerns and was very helpful. We enjoyed a night in cooking local seafood from Anthony’s in Middletown.

Such a great stay! This rental had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The location can’t be beat. It is walking distance to everything downtown. 2 minute walk to Starbucks and a short 5 min drive to the beaches. It was really nice that the park was also close by as we traveled with two small infants so we went there for some fresh air with some picnic blankets. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Fabulous location, very clean with thoughtful touches.

We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Newport. The location is amazing. We were able to walk to many restaurants and the busy Thames street & harbor area. Property is modern & seems newly renovated. Was perfect for a group of 4. Our only complaint was a weird smell in the studio, which is why I gave it 4/5 stars for cleanliness. Regardless we would stay here again!!

This location can’t be beat! We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again. Great property, clean and well maintained. Was perfect for our trip with our 1 year old, my mom came along to babysit and stayed in the separate cabin bedroom in back.

We had a great time in this lovely town. So much to see and so many great restaurants! Our rental was centrally located and easy to walk to many places. Free parking was close by the rental thanks to information provide by our host.

Great gem in the heart of Newport.

Everything was as presented, fully functional, clean and safe. We used both the main house and the studio bedroom and 1/2 bath, everything was as expected.

You're in the middle of downtown Newport. Nice small space that is a short walk from everything. Comes with a Parking spot about a 5 minute walk away. Stayed there for a long weekend with my family, that included a 3 year old and we had a blast. Thanks!

Can’t beat the value and I thought this property was neat in general for our quick overnight stay. Walk to anything. Comfortable and safe.

My best friend got married at the end of June and another friend of hers and I wanted to celebrate her during a night in Newport! We could not have asked for a better place to stay in, and the owners were amazing to communicate with! I would 100% stay here again!

It was a perfect spot for us. The space was great Size. I loved that 2 of us had own space to sleep. The location was a block away So walking was perfect. I definitely suggest staying there if longer than staying one night.

Sam was just fabulous! What a great host! The cabin was beautiful! Everything was so thoughtful and easy. Parking pass, keyless entry, clean, cozy! I can’t wait to go back!
