Plenty of room for everyone, very nice and clean, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location- short walk to all the lovely shopping and restaurants on 12 South. Large comfortable bedrooms and closets. Kitchen well stocked. Kitchen well stocked enough to make Thanksgiving dinner. Garage with pool table TV was a very fun addition.

We stayed at this great townhouse during a visit to Nashville to see a couple of universities and to have some fun! Great place. Very comfortable, clean and just like advertised. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent time and loved the place! Would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a fun and convenient stay in Nashville. Simple check-in and exit procedures. Utilized the pool table frequently and loved how close it was to downtown and the airport. 10/10.

Everything was great but the garage bed couch has no air or heat which was not specified in the listing. That couch needs to be moved upstairs to the living room.

The place was just as it was shown in the pictures. Communication with the property manager was amazing. The thermostat was reading warm and when asked, they quickly assessed the situation and fixed it same day. Only reason overall stay is a 4/5 is due to the property’s trash in front of us. It was overflowing and on the ground. Shame because this has nothing to do with the property we stayed at. Would stay here again for sure!

The home was amazing!! Huge, bigger then pics show! Very comfortable and extremely clean! Everything in Nashville was less then a 10 minute car ride. Ubers were usually $12-30 depending on time of day. Would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely a fabulous place to stay w/ our fur babies!! Great location and neighborhood/sidewalks were perfect for walking plus a dog park less than 2 miles away. Downtown also within 2 miles and a quick uber ride to experience downtown at night. All other tours we drove to and traffic wasn't bad during the week. We have a big truck and had no trouble parking in the back of the condo since the garage was used as a social room w/ pool table. This condo has three levels and sooo much room. Next time we will definitely have other family members with us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed this property! I stayed here with my family, including a toddler and baby, and this house was perfect for our trip to Nashville for my sister's graduation weekend. Some highlights were the two off-street parking spots, ease of check-in, huge kitchen, and lots of space to spread out and relax. The TVs were also easy to use. We were also impressed that it came with a pack-n-play and a high chair!

We were in Nashville for the SEC Tournament. Clean property with lots of space. We were just a few minutes from downtown. Publix grocery was less than a block. Enjoyed the foosball table. We enjoyed our stay.

House was in a nice location with quick access to downtown Nashville. The house furnishings were pleasant. Beware that the parking is in front of the garage (the garage is not available to park in) in an alley way that is dark at night.

This condo is super cute & in a great location! The decor screamed NASHVILLE! Our family had a great time , the foos ball table was an added bonus & made for great competition & lots of laughs! Would def stay here again!

We loved the home and the location. The home is exactly like the photos! We meet our adult children in Nashville and all stayed at this VRBO for a long weekend during Thanksgiving. Not sure if the home is a newer rental but it was VERY clean and very well remodeled so looked newer and felt newer. A few things I would recommend the owner/management company to look at; the mattress in the lower level and primary upstairs mattress were not comfortable at all. They were very lumpy and need to be replaced with new ones as they are not desirable at all and for the price we paid per night I would have expected the beds to be very comfortable. We slept on them but after the 4th night were glad we were going to a hotel to sleep as the mattresses were not very sleep able, honestly the floor or couch would have been better than thee mattresses and that is where we would have slept if we stayed another night. I hope they don't place a memory foam on top of them as that is what it felt like. We are not big people we are average size, but when I lied down in bed it would lump up on the other side and when I husband would lie down there would be a middle lump so if you rolled you had to roll uphill. If the mattresses would have been in sleep able condition I would have given this VRBO 5 stars hands down! Just a note if you do rent this VRBO: They do lack bigger cooking supplies as it seems to be newer so not many bigger bowls to mix things or make a salad, one average size pan to cook for a bigger group. We did manage and made due as we drove so we had brought some of our own to use just in case. My adult boys LOVED the foosball table and the pool table to give them something to do when it was raining out other than that we are out and about most of the time. Short driving distance to Broadway and the parks. One of the important things to us when we do VRBO's is how clean it is, this home was clean which is great feeling when you walk into a home and are never sure what you may be getting. We would stay here again but would verify that the mattresses have been replaced or looked at for a more comfortable stay.

This was an amazing place to stay. We had my 14-year-old son and my 16 year old daughter. It is close to Vanderbilt University and all the attractions in Nashville. Very safe neighborhood and grocery store within walking distance. It was amazingly clean and so spacious. Will definitely stay here again in that area. Can't go wrong with this property!
