The property is suited for a single person or couple. It has all kinds of thoughtful amenities, snacks, make up wipes, first aid kit, TV, and nice mid-century modern furnishings. Privacy fence and water feature on the beautiful patio. Great place to stay! Hope to return!

This was the cutest studio, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and Costco. The bed was super comfortable, not too firm not too soft. Very clean and kept up. The patio was adorable with the relaxing water feature and very private. Id stay here again.

This place was perfect for us. Just a one night stay on our way home from Washington to California. I would highly recommend this place. It was so clean! The towels and bedding were so luxurious.

Was so happy and comfortable to experience a place so clean and organized and with a great treat basket. Everything we needed and loved the courtyard . I am super OCD about cleanliness and therefore was put at ease to enjoy the space . The only thing I would change would be to continue the vinyl flooring and get rid of the carpeted area since carpets are such a brewing place for germs . However the carpet seemed quite clean, I am just super conscious of these things. Also was next to a super nice neighborhood for walking the dogs . Everything was great and would definitely return again if needed a place to stay in the Eugene area . 👍👍👏👏

This property may be small, but it offers an experience akin to a 5-star hotel, with all the advantages of a rental home. The attention to detail here is exceptional. The number of thoughtful touches provided by the owners is too numerous to list, but it’s safe to say they have thought of everything. From the convenience of spare toothbrushes to other small yet significant extras, the care put into this rental truly sets it apart from the competition. The way they have utilized the small space is very impressive. The kitchen, for example, is a portable setup that allows you to cook but then move everything out of the way if you need the additional space. The only disadvantage is there is no big eating table, but they do provide trays, which work perfectly fine. The patio was also really nice, and you could eat your food there, as long as the weather supports that. Our dogs certainly enjoyed bathing in the sun and the AC when inside. From a pet perspective, this home worked so well for us. The location was perfect for us. It felt like everything we wanted to visit was just 15 minutes away. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury with the comfort of home, this is it. Highly recommended!

We just needed to stay close to the airport for a night. This place was perfect! Immaculately clean and nice amenities. Washer and dryer allowed me to wash and dry our clothes before going home. Quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and shopping.
