Big, nice, two-level unit with large, stone fireplace, tall ceilings in living room, and many other nice features. At the base of the ski resort with many amenities on property and easy access to all things Canaan. Food options are very close as are Davis, Thomas, Blackwater Falls, grocery store, etc.

Very clean and spacious. Exactly what we were looking for! Would definitely recommend.

Game room was fun for everyone including the adults! Indoor pool was great! Hot tub was wonderful! My only complaint would be the beds. Very firm. The pull out couch was pretty worn. Could feel every spring in the mattress. Amenities are great and probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Kudos to the cleaning crew!!

Bang for the buck was great. A little dated but very clean and well kept. I'm looking into renting a whole building for the ski trips I run. I will defiantly be back. Oh, the staff is so friendly also.

This is a great place to stay. Close to so many things to do. Walking distance to horse stables and restaurant. Very Clean, Spacious and affordable. Office staff is very friendly.

The property was warm and close to skiing and outdoor fun. The area surrounding the property is beautiful. We had pretty much all we needed for cooking meals while we were there.

Great location between the ski resorts. Pool and hot tub were great. Good layout for a ski trip with a room for your gear right as you come in the door and a first floor full bath.

Great location. We went to Jack Frost at White Grass and this location was perfect. Also perfect for Timberline or Canaan.

Plenty of room for 4 people. No complaints just a few suggestions. The 2nd bedroom needs a TV ( cheap fix). Mattresses need replaced ( too hard). We enjoyed the game room, upon arrival found out the indoor pool was closed ( disappointing ) Fun little putt putt course. Beautiful area with lots of great things to do. We will return.

Went to a wedding near there and just stayed overnight. Check in was accommodating and the property was fine.

Stayed for a long weekend in October. Very convenient to Blackwater Falls, other recreation areas and towns of Thomas and Davis, WV. Condo, decor-wise, was straight out of the late 70’s or early 80’s. It was plenty big, clean and everything worked as expected. Entryway has a large mud room, laundry and full bath. There is a cozy fireplace, nice size kitchen and plenty of room in the living area down stairs. The back porch offers a nice place to sit and take in the scenery. Condo complex offers a pool and recreation area but didn’t try them. Plenty of parking right outside the door. Check in requires a visit to the office and the process was quick and hassle free. Overall this worked out fine for our stay. My only complaint is that they do not include free Wi-Fi. It’s not a deal ender, since we didn’t come for internet service but it made navigating the area a little more difficult. I assumed everyone includes Wi-Fi these days.

Condo was very clean, we were surprised that there was one bath on the main level and both bedrooms were upstairs with on bath, odd layout. The window a/c units were very loud.

It was quite views were beautiful, Teresa at the check-in was super friendly and had everything ready and was able to check-in early! Land of Cannan would be a great choice if you have kids or grandkids tons for them to do. I will go back for sure!
