They never sent me check-in instructions. When I got to Leavenworth, I had to call the management company to have them send me the instructions and codes to the door locks, and it wasn’t easy to get hold of support. I called and left three messages that were never responded to, so I just kept calling back until someone answered. It was a guy in another state. He was very nice, and he was helpful once I got in touch with him, but it was neither convenient nor satisfactory to have to call repeatedly to get help. There was no one on site in Leavenworth to help us. The parking garage needs to have a key fob left in a locked box inside the garage for guests to retrieve because there is no way to exit the garage without the electric opener, which is upstairs inside the apartment. On check-out day, we had to have one person inside the garage use the opener to let us out, then we had to find street parking to wait for them to run back upstairs to put the opener in the apartment. The electronic codes they gave us didn’t work for all the keypads. We couldn’t get back in the building from the alley where we were supposed to take out the garbage because our code didn’t work in that keypad. So whomever took out the garbage had to walk all the way around the building to get back in. The access system needs improvement. The elevator code requires you to type your code inside using the buttons to select floors. It was clumsy and inconvenient, especially when people on other floors were trying to use the elevator simultaneously. The carpets inside the apartment were absolutely disgusting. There were stains EVERYWHERE. It looks like they’ve never been cleaned.
