Could’ve been cleaner.

I will start this by saying my standards are high but when you pay top dollar to rent a house for your family, I would expect way better. Amenities and resort itself was great and worth it, they do a great job of providing entertainment and access for the entire family. Showed up, missing numerous linens for pillows and beds. Couch was nasty with stains, dressers were not cleaned, half of the appliances barely worked and it was clear ownership is providing the bare minimum to collect a rental fee. Outside furniture is disgusting, needs a deep cleaning as it looks like it hasn’t been touched in years, both the patios and furniture itself. I know it is incredibly hard to turn a house that size in a few hours but literally having beds half made and pillows on beds without covers, it’s unacceptable. I will say when I called Vacasa to express my frustration, they showed up quickly with more linens, that was about the best thing that was offered. I don’t normally write feedback like this but I could have gone to better locations and had better accommodations for the money this house cost.

This house was great! It was spacious and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 older kids. The property is well maintained and is located close to grocery stores and other convenience shops. The beach was a hop, skip and jump away which was great. Would highly recommend this property.

The home is in a great community in Selbyville Delaware. Nice and quiet after a long day. The amenities were good but lacking in the pots, pans, etc. The gas grill was nice and big enough to cook for a large group but wish someone had cleaned it instead of leaving it dirty. If you are looking for a great house in a great neighborhood then this is it and would definitely say here again. Very well maintained property. 4.5 stars.

Only issue is the state of the patio furniture. Very very dirty. Otherwise great stay.
