The house was beautiful! The host was very helpful before the trip and during. The listing is nice but the place is even better in person! Easily the best option for a trip to Phoenix. Close to the stadium! Safe and clean neighbourhood! I can’t wait to book again!

This house was just as advertised - a really nice property, clean, plenty of room for the 3 of us. It was perfect for being fairly close to Talking Sticks Amphitheater - a really nice venue. If we come back, I'd definitely look into re-booking this house.

Great place

Stayed with family for the long weekend. It was close to State Farm stadium. We went to a concert there and actually walked back. Pool was beautiful and we had everything we needed.

We had such a great stay at Paloma Crush. The pool in the backyard was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teens, however if you have younger kids the gate by the pool is a definite safety plus. The neighborhood is quiet but it’s a quick drive to restaurants, Walmart, or grocery stores. The house is spacious with plenty of room, all the kitchen necessities for cooking, a grill, and basic supplies such as paper towels, trash bags were provided. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and the house was right up to my standards. Sean was great with communication and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood. There are lots of things to do within 30 minutes of the house. Very close to the stadium so much to do down there. For the most part the house was fairly clean. There was food in the freezer a lot of food I don't know what was wasted inside of the fridge big family sized potato chips bag behind the sofa. We also could not use the pool because it wasn't clean at all we checked in on a Thursday pool cleaning day is Wednesday we were in Arizona 4 days average temperatures of 109 the reason we booked this house was for the pool. The owner seemed concerned at first he was replying to us saying he was trying to get someone to fix it then the communication stopped. If they get a new cleaning crew and pool crew this would be a great property to stay at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The property was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, which was perfect as we prepped almost all of our meals at the house. The pool was wonderful and the perfect size and depth for our younger kids. We would definitely book here again. Thank you!

Clean comfortable house, only in town for two nights. House was very close to the Cardinals football stadium and located in a good neighborhood, older home but very clean. Comfy beds and large bedrooms

We went to Arizona for a baseball tournament. We had a great stay. The place was nice and clean. The pool was nice in size and we were able to enjoy our down time. Communication on what to do was perfect.

Six of us stayed at this property at the beginning of June. The house was clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. The location was quite convenient to sports venues, shopping, parks, and everything else that can be imagined. It was so lovely to have a pool available and the waterfall feature was so peaceful and welcoming. Communication with the host was promptly replied to and any questions answered right away. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful VRBO with our group of five adults and three children. It was an absolute joy from start to finish! The location couldn't have been better, nestled in the heart of a vibrant area with a plethora of fantastic restaurants and attractions just a short walk or drive away. Yet despite being centrally located, the property provided a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The home's amenities truly set it apart. The pool, complete with a charming little waterfall, was a hit with the kids. They spent countless hours splashing around and creating fond memories. As for the adults, we found the putting green a unique touch that brought out our competitive side, adding an extra dose of fun to our stay. The kitchen deserves a special mention. It was impressively well-stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. We felt as if we were in our own kitchen, with every tool and appliance at our disposal. This made our stay exceptionally convenient—we truly only needed to bring our clothes and a desire to relax! In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO to any family or group looking for a comfortable, fun, and ideally located home away from home. We left with nothing but smiles on our faces and are already looking forward to our next stay.

My family had a nice stay at this property. We came in for a graduation at the Desert Diamond Arena and this location was 5 minutes away from that location. The house was nice, and is in a older community. The backyard was a favorite with my family, especially the pool. There were a few minor things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating. All the light bulbs but one in the bathroom were not working, and a side light in one of the bedrooms was coming out of the wall, so we didn’t even turn that one on. Lastly, we could not lock the front door with the keypad, so we always left out of the garage door and just jumped over the sensor. Again, a few minor details that caused me to give a 4 star rating. I would stay there again if I wanted to be close to a venue.

My 12 year old daughter and I stayed here for Mother's Day weekend and just LOVED it!! We had such a nice, relaxing weekend. The second we walked into the house, we both squealed with excitement over how ADORABLE the house was. I even took pictures for inspiration for my own house. The home had everything we needed - I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was spotless clean and SUPER spacious (even though there were only two of us). It's located close to everything - we had a rental car and just zipped around the corner whenever we wanted to go to the store, shopping, anything. We even saw a concert at the State Farm Stadium, which is SOOOOOO close! We took an Uber so that we would not have to deal with traffic and it was cheap and easy. Great, quiet neighborhood and check in/out instructions were incredibly easy. Will definitely be looking to come back!

Nice location for convenience to some of the spring training parks, and fun for the family with the patio, pool, and putting green setup.

Not only is the property clean, safe and beautiful, but it is close to many amenities! I've already recommended this property to others that will be visiting the area. They have done a great job in creating multiple seating areas and the dining/kitchen area was GREAT for family game-night!!! This house creates warmth, comfort and a great time with your loved ones.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the nicely updated home with lots of bedrooms so everyone could have their own bed. Nice, open floor plan. Really lovely back yard with a beautiful pool and putting green. Quiet neighborhood with mostly well maintained homes. Not really within walking distance of anything, however, if that is something you’re looking for. Great communication from the owners. Just a couple of small nitpicks items: clean towels were in the dryer (found that out after a search), patio table and chairs were very dirty (had to wipe down before use) and the listing says there’s a sauna (didn’t find that).. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

This place was a 20 minute walk to State Farm Stadium. It was clean, spacious, and the photos give an accurate depiction of the property. Very happy with our choice.

The property was very nice. The backyard and patio were very nice to enjoy on a fall evening. Host was very easy to deal with and the check in/out instructions were very easy to understand and conveyed early enough that it was very easy to make plans around it

Add was as described but didn’t state if pool was heated. We inquired and the host said the pool is heated for an additional fee. No problem with that. Upon arrival we learn that the pool can’t be heated. Communication was mediocre at best throughout the stay but felt that the lie about the heated pool was just to get us to book the property. The heated pool was the biggest attraction for us as we had small kids that wanted to swim all weekend. Extremely disappointed in this host.

This house was perfect for our visit with my son for his medical treatment. It was very open and wheelchair friendly. The decor is lovely and peaceful. The backyard is great. Everything was new, clean and great for our group. Thank you!
