The resort was clean, the beach is amazing and is very nice !! Villa was clean and comfortable and very nice

The staff was very friendly but not competent enough, the management was good but the restaurant staff couldn’t handle the orders correct, there was always something missing or not correct. If we wish to change the sides of the dish, it was already too much for the staff and they mixed up a lot. Food was not really good, 2/10. we booked a tour to mnemba island but they booked a third party company which messed up our whole day, completely disappointing, we lost a day because it was so unprofessional. Also when you are on the way to the hotel, there is a road to the hotel which is horrible, 25minutes from the main road to the hotel which is really terrible. Price is too high, really not worth it!

Outstanding place with incredible views, exceptional service and fantastic food (Chef Keith Lawrence has transformed the place to an incredible culinary experience). Fantastic place to relax and unwind without the crowds.

Everything was exceptional! All Staff really do their best to make you feel like home. Chef Kieth thank you very much for the amazing food and the great hospitality. Harry & Atif are always there to help with anything we needed. The Villas are huge and a great example of what a 5 stars resort should be like.

The blue Lagoon villa was exceptional. The beach was perfect. The weather unfortunately didn't turn out well but the resort made up for it.

The drive from the airport was over 2 hours. The 6km road to the resort was very rough. The TV was not functioning properly.

I never leave reviews but I have to let people know about this place!! It’s easy to find but the road in could be better. Then you arrive and it’s incredible, the resort and villas are 5 star! You see the beach and how close it is and you never want to leave. The amazing staff have become friends, the owner is a top guy and very welcoming. I’m very sad to be leaving but look forward to coming back. Keith the chef put on a wonderful buffet lunch for guests I had joining me who were also blown away by the service. I highly recommend you choose this hotel if you are looking for luxury!

The road in is 2 miles and a little bumpy but nothing to worry about.

Everything about this place was amazing. It was paradise! The staff were exceptional, very attentive and the manager was so accommodating. He made sure to provide us with recommendations to enhance our trip when we left the property and made reservations for a boat to pick us up at the property to swim with the dolphins and snorkel. We were traveling with our children and the staff were able to anticipate every need. The food was delicious and the grounds were beautiful. Everything about this place was spectacular!

from reception, lady who told us about the place seemed shy and was pretty much whispering we could barely hear or understand her. no one showed us around or told us much about the resort. getting to the room, no one took us through how to navigate the villa, where the phone is, number to call etc. the tv wasn’t working. no one could fix it and we would have loved a movie night. so that ruined the whole stay. some of the staff not as friendly (the male waiter in the restaurant), the multiple drinks we wanted wasn’t available not sure why), the servers didn’t seem to know what they were doing so I’m guessing not well trained. I understand it’s a new place but if ure open, then ur staff should be ready and good to go and guests should feel their moneys worth.

A truly incredible resort and immaculate and ultra personalized service… the GM himself, Nadir Contractor, came to the reception to greet us and brief us on the resort and facilities… truly loved the questionnaire before we arrived done via WhatsApp to understand our preferences… top notch food that absolutely did not disappoint thanks to the brilliant head Chef Keith that also went out of his way to prepare the best.. he even was kind enough to serve us a complimentary full grilled chicken and stuffing for Christmas and a cake on the house for dinner… we loved the villa, pool and outdoor jacuzzi., not to mention the easy access to the ultra private beach. Taking luxury to a different level… anything you wanted was attended to quickly via a WhatsApp group for my family and key members of the staff… immediate response, never seen anything like it at any hotel

The villa and its amenities, including the private beach, were truly amazing and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Safari Blu went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They greeted us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed to feel at home. Throughout our stay, the staff were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had and were quick to offer their assistance. Overall, our stay at Safari Blu was nothing short of amazing, and we have the staff, including Nadir, to thank for that. -The team at safira blu were truly excellent. Felt as though we had our own private chef. All staff members ensured to give us a unique and incredible honeymoon. There is no where else we'd have stayed to enjoy and relax. Felt as though we made the perfect decision choosing SafiraBlu. -The on sight spice garden private tour provided by the talented chef Keith Lawrence was such an experience. Every meal provided at SafiraBlu was wonderful -Enjoyed a romantic candlelit dinner on the beachfront as a surprise from the staff on our final night which really was a wonderful end to our spectacular stay -Our villa not only offered breathtaking views but was also well maintained and very clean on a daily basis -Very hijab friendly, my wife was able to feel completely relaxed and enjoy our holiday with privacy which was key -Excellent recommendations and advice from the concierge and team as a whole

Where can I start! The resort, the villa, the staff, the manager, the surroundings. It was all breathtaking and incredibly to experience and they couldn’t have done a better job of providing a luxury vacation experience for us. If you’re thinking about staying here, then I can promise you that you will be blown away. The service was like no other, anything you wanted - they would get delivered to your villa within seconds. The staff all call you by your name, as they are well prepared and just generally so kind hearted people and the scenery looks like a movie from everywhere on the island. I think I’ve said enough - everyone should visit Safira atleast once in their life, and I am definitely coming back. Thank you Nadir and everyone at the resort!
