Beautiful house. Easy access. Would be great in the summer as well for the lake access

Andrew is very responsive and helpful. The home was a wonderful choice for my family - from 12 years old to 69 years old! Media room and game room was great for the kids! Comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped. The house has a warm and welcoming vibe!!

Such a wonderful home on a great, quiet part of the lake. House was well stocked and we really appreciated all the labels and directions throughout the house for how to work things. Beds were comfortable and the lake was easy to access. Look forward to coming back again!

My family of six stayed at this beautiful home on the lake. The home has three levels so we were able to all have our own space. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake. Andrew had so many floats to choice from to spend lazy days floating. We brought our boat that we were able to launch down the road and then dock at the homes dock. We used the movie room, we brought our own DVDs, but I believe he supplied some too. The kitchen had all items you need. He supplied bathroom towels and towels for the hot tub. We all had so much fun at the house. Definitely worth staying. My pup enjoyed it too.

This was a great stay for our family! My kids absolutely loved the hot tub, theater, and eating smores by the outdoor fire! We had an issue when the DVD player not working when we arrived and a replacement was brought within the hour. Fantastic care throughout our stay.

This lake home was just where we love near Tugaloo Park. We always rent a boat and jet skis and the drop off was 10 minutes away. The home it self has so much room we never felt on top of each other. Very short walk to lake and the outdoor fireplace was great for s’mores. Any questions about the home were quickly answered. Can’t wait for next year!

We really liked the property and were really pleased with how well-equipped it is. The movie room is a fantastic way to get away from a really hot afternoon or evening. The dock swing was very relaxing. We would definitely rent again!

The house was not as clean as I am used to. There were not nearly enough toiletries for my group. the path to the dock was to be lit (there are three lights only) the grass on the fire pit area was knee high, the temperature on the hot tub could not be adjusted, the main kitchen microwave is cracked with sharp edges, the grill was filthy, there were food crumbs on the sofa, stains on the bedroom floor, the game table edging was coming off, screen doors broken with rips in screen, ground hornets and wasps everywhere (several in our group were stung) broken stair railing inside and out, anti-slip grips missing on half of the outside stairs and the refrigerator door trays were broken. I did let the property manager know of several of these items with no response only tips on what to do in the area.

What a wonderful home! Fully equipped with everything you could need at the lake. Tons of pool toys to float, kayak and swim in the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill was right out the door on the porch. So many board games, amazing theatre room and game room. The hot tub was perfect and we loved the outdoor fireplace for s’mores and a relaxing evening fire. Andrew communicated extremely well and it was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had with VRBO. We are already planning our next trip to the gingerbread house!!

The experience was great! The house was absolutely amazing and had everything you possibly need and then some!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights, the house was great!! They supplied everything you need, just bring the food and beverages. We definitely got our use out of the theatre room. We would recommend this place for sure!

The property was as advertised. Kitchen fully stocked, propane provided for grill, even firewood for outside fireplace! There were plenty of lake items provided also, I would love to be able to go back in the summer! The house was large enough for our group of 6-5 adults and one 1 1/2 year old. There were even baby gates for the stairs, which we put to good use! The three bathrooms came in handy, one on each level so you didn’t have to go to another floor to use the restroom. The hot tub is on the lower level on a covered porch, so we were able to use it no matter the weather. We were provided with a list of local eateries that came in handy. I was very impressed and would rent again!

Everything was as advertised, house was perfect and well appointed! The kids (teens) loved the downstairs theatre, video game, pool/pingpong/air hockey table. The hottub was also a hit. The view was amazing, couldnt use the fireplace or lake, due to it being too cold, but wow what a location. 10 minutes to town and restuarants, but far enough for peace and quite, and beautiful stars. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved this property! It was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. This home has everything a family or group of friends would need. Full entertainment basement with movie theater, bar, ping pong, corn hole and more! The hosts were absolutely amazing and so helpful. They even went as far to let us know the city was working on water for an hour and it was quickly resolved. We will definitely revisit ❤

Thank you for creating the perfect setting for relaxation and a much needed “reset.” The well stocked house had everything needed without the feeling of being cluttered. The property is stunning, the house and grounds are meticulously maintained. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Our one daughter is in a wheelchair, parking was easy, and she enjoyed the big porch overlooking the woods and lake. Thank you for the gorgeous setting of priceless memories!!!

We planned a getaway in the area and came across this property. It had everything we were looking for and more as far as the home is concerned. We did not book it for long enough. Great host!

The property was clean and spacious. We came for parents weekend to see our daughter at Clemson. I will say that it was a bit too far to attend a game and go back and forth. The house and lake were great!! Would highly recommend if the area is good for what you have planned.

Rained all weekend so the theatre room came in extra handy! 😊

Good location to stay for tournaments on Lake Hartwell. Driveway is tricky with a boat trailer but once you navigate it the first time it’s all good.
