the view is nice

I am extremely disappointed about this booking. I booked the room that is advertised on the page, however, when I arrived it was completely a different room. The interior is different. It wasn't as good as the pictures. I believe I was not given the same room advertised on the page. The shower was very cold, and I was unable to change the water temperature.

The apartment is on the first floor ..above the parking entrance ...so every time a car leaves or enters you hear the cars on all the humps. The curtains don't cover the lights entering the apartment...so if you want to sleep ...its kinda difficult with lights all coming into the rooms. The apartment is not serviced whilst you there. The bins were not washed, so there was a bad smell every time you wanted to throw the dirt in the kitchen bin. The pool was good ...the view was good...but we were on the first floor so not so good.

The apartment is expensive ..yet not serviced . The parking was undercover .

There are very spacious and cozy apartments. The sofas are very soft and comfortable. The kitchen equipped with a numerous things, so we don’t need to buy something. I liked staying there and want very much to turn back 😁

Nice, comfortable and spacious. Fantastic experience, there’s a designated parking space, access to infinity pool and open beach. Just an hour away if you’re planning to go to Jebel Jais. Just an hour and a half away to Khorfakkan.

A tad bit waiting time for the property to be ready but it’s all good and ok.

Great place, very close to the beach. Great swimming pool too.

We would of liked for bathroom items to be included. (Shampoo, toothpaste, etc)

Bathroom items.. Next time please make sure both Bathroom equipped with shower gel, tooth brush and tooth paste as sometimes people tend to forget those small items and it's hard to ask in the morning or late night.. Just provide.
