Fantastic organisation, easy to follow video guides for accessing the key safe, the parking, etc. Telephone and e- mail helpline staffed at all hours (Saturday night, Sunday morning) with friendly and responsive staff. Beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Convenient location close to shops and bus stops. Great underground parking included.

Large Apartment close to town with secured parking n has a supermarket in the building. Very nicely renovated. Quite comfortable beds. Agents in charge of apartment replied promptly to enquires.

Even though agents in charge replied promptly but they do not know apartment well. They cannot tell where is the laundry room. The laundry room was actually a small toilet of the apartment but they took out the toilet bowl n transformed in into a laundry room. Its really very small n the cleaner put a lot of stuff inside so its difficult to use the washing machine. The maintance of the apartment was also bad. The shower drainage was chocked n water flows really very slowly n we had to try to clear the chockage ourself. The shower hose was also broken. The price of apartment is a bit too expensive.

Niet publiceren: Geen mogelijkheid om bij het gebouw te parkeren voor langer dan één uur. Ik kan geen emails op mobiel ontvangen; toegang was heel lastig te regelen. Wifi moeilijk te vinden. Geen TV-nieuwszenders; alleen Netflix e.d. TV in slaapkamer: geen signaal. Bad vol laten lopen duurt uren. Wasbak-kraan badkamer pal tegen de achterrand. Licht spiegel badkamer stuk. WC-borstel te smerig om aan te zien. IJskast sluit niet. Geen wandel informatie

kitchen was under stocked with soap, dish towels and cleaning supplies however we were requested to clean the kitchen upon leaving. bathrooms also missing proper soap for dispensers to wash hands.
